I walked to work this morning. The walk soothed the stirring shadows inside. The air was moist and cool but heavy. Twas like wearing a bracelet of air with tiny droplets of water... The temperature in the 60's.I must remark this is unusual weather for this moutaineous region but very much valued.

I don't typically repost Rob Breszy horoscopes on my journal because I figure most of my friends already recieve Rob Brezsny's Astrology Newsletter and are capable of reading it...
But, my horoscope this week kinda freaked me out. This past summer, my partner and I took my daughter, Sapphire, to see the "Simpson's Movie" at a neat old drive-in movie theatre for some family fun. We had the most quirky fun that night!

My Uncle Cat died last night.
Harold Eugene born November 9, 1944 died October 29, 2007.
I'm feeling very sad and am in shock even though I knew this was coming.

I'm feeling frustrated today with my progress in belly dance. I need to achieve more flexibility. I'm thinking of taking up yoga. Just which yoga I have not yet decided.
My moves seem stiff and artificial to me.
My snake arms look like stick woman arms!
I've now taken 7 classes for a total of 21 class hours.... I know I'm a beginner but I want to move with fludity.
Can a 30 something woman who has never taken dance in her life really learn to dance Tribal Fusion belly dance? I'...
