Just came in from an early morning hoop - Went out at 5am to pale blue skies and a yellow tint of rising sun. Gorgeous.
Been working on a costume to wear at the weekend, trying it out to see how it wears when I'm moving.

Played about on one leg, pulled some faux-spiritual poses - except hoop feels almost spiritual, so maybe it's not faux?

Spirituality
Hoop feels spiritual, almost, sometimes. Why? Because it makes my heart flutter at the thought of it, and when I spin, I feel like I'm hypnotising myself. There's this serene place.. It's like, stillness within movement. (Did Sharna say that?)
I love to move. I love acknoledging my body. Hoop fills me with joy!
