Gave out the candy to children in the mall, as previously discussed. I found that I was like chum in a sea of sharks! That candy went FAST! LOL

In putting that particular rant on my blog now (after having the blog for a few years) I was attempting to address a subject head on, that for most redheads, is a bit like the elephant in the room everyone ignores.

Well I've tiptoed around the topic long enough, it's time to address the "redhead issue".... To be given red hair is to be given an adventure! Whether you wanted one, or not...

As I stood in our office this afternoon talking to my daughter Hannah I looked out the window and I saw three neighborhood boys, that go to school with my daughter Ruth, on the "island" in the middle of the cul-de-sac... Leanna is a rare breed of Fae - and one we all need more of. I have recently been going through some trials on my journey and not being much of a good friend to anyone. Leanna has stayed by me and stood strong despite it all. Whether it be a phone call, an IM, or just a little burst of energy from halfway across the country to let me know she was out there. It's comforting to know that people like Leanna exist - especially in the world we live in today.

Isn't Leanna lovely? And she's kind, friendly, creative, LOVING and she's a faery. I love Leanna and I am so glad I got to meet her and her family at FW 2007 and hope for many more meetings.

Leanna is a wonderful shimmering bright happy sparkling great super scrummy spangley superduper brilliant shiny star like dancing faery queen!! She is a wonderful friend and a great yahoo chatter! I can't wait to one day meet her and dance and sparkle!!
