People are interesting. I mean that literally. Who people are, and how they came to be that way, I find incredibly fascinating... One of the pleasures of life that I really enjoy, is spending time getting to know someone. Ideally with food between us, like an informal lunch, dinner in an intimate setting, or "coffee" and dessert.

I live in the town of Auburn Washington, a suburb of Seattle that is thirty miles from the city...
I went to the grocery store last night. As I made my way to the produce section, in the aisle next to the magazines was a short scrawny high school-ish aged white boy. Wearing his oversized jeans down past his butt, with an oversized cami jacket, granny glasses, and his hat on sideways. A few years ago the family and I were at a ren-faire where we were performing. Our day went as usual. Then I needed to pee....
And as is common when one has on a bodice/corset, and two "blessed with yardage" floor length skirts, going to the bathroom can be quite an accomplishment. There is this movie being advertised now "The Other Boleyn Girl", and it's the second piece of recent film about Henry VIII, where he is NOT protrayed with red hair!!!!!! (The other being the recent series done with Jonathan Rhys Meyers)

Leanna is a rare breed of Fae - and one we all need more of. I have recently been going through some trials on my journey and not being much of a good friend to anyone. Leanna has stayed by me and stood strong despite it all. Whether it be a phone call, an IM, or just a little burst of energy from halfway across the country to let me know she was out there. It's comforting to know that people like Leanna exist - especially in the world we live in today.

Isn't Leanna lovely? And she's kind, friendly, creative, LOVING and she's a faery. I love Leanna and I am so glad I got to meet her and her family at FW 2007 and hope for many more meetings.

Leanna is a wonderful shimmering bright happy sparkling great super scrummy spangley superduper brilliant shiny star like dancing faery queen!! She is a wonderful friend and a great yahoo chatter! I can't wait to one day meet her and dance and sparkle!!

My Friend Leanna is...
Awesome! She is so generous and loving, a hard working sort who would do anything for her friends. I bet she even knows where to hide the bodies...hee hee hee!
