Will is a good person, and also protective of innocents and whatnot. He's refreshing, and great to talk to. He's a good friend. He is interesting to get to know, and different from the mainstream crowd. He doesn't follow the common drum beat, but seems to prefer his own drum. =)

I have been consulting at my darling's work place, and then accepted an offer they gave me to work there. What a mess. I hired on to make a culture change/paradigm shift in the way their machine shop is operated. When I hired on, I said to the branch Veep that I didn't like to be set up to fail.
