Ya know how sometimes you hang-out with someone, and they are so fucking cool that you just have to wonder if you're cool enough to hang with them? Fred is like that. He's smart, handsome, elegant, well educated, a true gentleman, a little crazy, and knows how to command a hookah like it's nobody's business. I'm lucky to have him as a friend.

After my awakening it has been a crazy, joyful, sometimes difficult process to open my own heart… to feel and share the love that is our very birthright.
