On Hiatus (while I Feng Shui My Life)!

The Chinese characters for Feng Shui Beloved Friends, If you do not see much of me in the coming months, it is because I am taking a break from everything, as I feng shui my life. This past year has brought me a flood of precious gifts for which I am deeply grateful. Love has been abundant in my life, and my insights into the nature of happiness have deepened. I have learned how important it is to follow my inspirations in every moment, in everything from small chores, to my relationships, to my life’s work. Over the years, I have discovered that when I am able to listen through the rambling madness of my ego mind and pay close attention to and follow the inner voice of Spirit, life is beautiful, brilliant and easy. That inner voice shows me where to find my loves, my inspirations and my successes in the world. I have come to learn that to hear my inner voice clearly, it is important for me to keep my life uncomplicated, my conscience clear, and my mind unencumbered. So, in this new year, I am feng shuiing not only my home and my belongings, but my entire life. I have several projects wanting completion, and they will be taking up most of my time in the coming months. I will be redistributing to charity most of the personal belongings that I have gathered in several decades of living. In this charitable redistribution project, I will be asking for what help you may be inspired to offer me. In future messages, I will be posting an inventory of items to be given away or to be sold (the profits to go to charity). Undoubtedly, this clearing and cleansing will make way for the new. However, when I say “new” I do not mean a lot of new stuff…no. I aim to keep my life simple. What I see coming is more light, more love, fulfilling work, and a clear course for the delicious adventure of my life. In as much as it is possible, I am giving up most of my old habits, attachments and associations to see what Spirit truly wants to have emerge in my life. I am looking at my old ways and I am purifying my thoughts and actions. I am aiming towards a place of integrity where I can listen well in each moment and be in perfect harmony with Spirit. I am giving up “gaining thoughts” that assume that my needs and desires are not being fulfilled without striving and manipulation. This means that I will listen as Spirit tells me where I can discover the blissful inspirations that simultaneously serve myself and others. So I am now on Hiatus, from everything—from my DJing, from my work, from my beloved social communities. It is freeing to give up the old and to see what arises anew. And it is sweet to see what of the old returns reborn and renewed. I will be waiting, in excited anticipation, to see what inspirations arise and to see where Spirit leads me in this next chapter of my life. I wish you blessings upon this new year, for a beautiful journey into the Light. I can imagine splendid changes coming—for all of us!
