are working to achieve more than one hundred goals. Goals range from the most
simplistic to the most extravagant and run the gamut of/but not limited to training
in activities of daily living, solving transportation issues, obtaining medical
insurance, (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), applying for and/or appealing Social
Security decisions, getting a GED, obtaining a driver's license, getting a job,
finding accessible housing, having a ramp installed or having a home modified
to make living safer and more accessible (such as widening doorways, installing
grab bars, making the bathroom accessible, or replacing floors).</p>
