my unnamed nephew was born happy and hale at 2pm this afternoon.

so so cool.

today is my absolute favourite day of the whole year...day light savings!!!
my constant wish of "more time" is granted this autumn.

under an hour after contemplating the safety and effectiveness of flu shots, i was hit. it came on quick and hard, but passed on by smoothly with help from many caring friends.
what i learned: i need to chew my food more thouroughly...
