I moved back to Seattle in the summer of 2005 after graduating (top ten percent of class) from the University of NV-Reno with an MBA. Prior to my time in Reno, I produced and directed a few short films as well as participated in the co-production of a small film festival in Seattle with some friends of mine. A couple of the movies I made have been screened in Seattle at 911 Media Arts and in 2003 a short documentary I made was accepted to the International Festival Of Cinema and Technology in Toronto. This film was nominated for (but did not win) the festival's cutting-edge documentary. 2002-2003 I lived in a commune in Seattle. In late 2003 I attended a 5 week digital editing course at La Femis, the French National Film School, in Paris. I will go back into filmmaking again someday but the past few years have mostly been taken up by graduate school. I currently divide my time between work, honing my home improvement skills, and various artistic collaborations with friends. I would like to someday develop a curriculum of wholistic finance.
