I bought a new used car recently. It gets 53mpg/city and 58 mpg/hwy. I've never been one to talk about my car before, but unfortunately this one is special. I say unfortunately because the possibility exists to make this car the norm. Obviously we need to find alternative ways of getting ourselves around, and no amount of burned gas is good for the environment. But check this out, my Geo was made back in 1989! Imagine how much less gas would be burned if we in America were using technologies...

I am very happy to say that my art installation at burningman, "Time Will Tell", went really well. At first I wondered if I was gonna get it set up in a "timely" fashion. My main set up helper was so drunk at the time I had planned to do it that he was out of comission! But I managed to recruit some other helpers, (thank you Halo and Hannah), and it all went well. Doing a sundial meant that part of the setup was at midday to orient it properly and that was a bit tedious in the hot sun. The s...

I am super excited to present the art piece I have been working on for the last month at burningman this year. Called "Time Will Tell" I invite everyone who will be there to check it out. Can you believe i grew it all, except for the tofu? This yummy lunch includes red cabbage kraut, bean and carrot kimchee, vine ripe tomatoes, and purple and red potatoes with mixed veggies in a chili garlic sauce. All grown in my front yard! Delicious!
