He came up to a Yoga Ashram in Denton, TX. I was meant to meet him I believe. I had not been up to the ashram in about 8 months and that evening I was about to take a nap and got a strong calling to go up to the ashram....I went up that night and was told Don Augustine Rivas was going to be there and do a ceremony later that weekend...this was his first time to go to Texas ....I had never heard of it and when I met Don Augustine I decided to do the ceremony that weekend....it changed my life.... Don Augustine also married myself and a special lady on Sept. 25 1994....he gave us a teaching, shook his rattle, blew mapacho smoke around us and cut our wrists and joined our blood.....h o w e v e r .... she was an R.N. and came in off a midnight shift and left me on 09/11/01 at 08:10 am 5 minutes after I saw the second plane hit the tower live on CNN.....ah, drama..... I have done the ceremony 5 times with Don Augustine....'93 through '95 I believe....
