I've been learning capoeira and am working on combining various contact staff moves in to create a contact fire staffoeira style should be awesome once I figure out some of the trickier aerial stuff better

Alright the boredom of the OC bitchslapped me and I am once again in San Diego trying to make my restaurant career take seeing as how my entire culinary related network is down here so my progress is coming at least partial circle. I hope to see some of y'all soon!
