Learning the great joys of XML. As a pragmatic-romantic I love balancing the clean (emotionless) focus of this base language along with the emotionally chaotic aspects of people and art. .

Eire – Tired, I come home; carefully placing my scabbard on the table as I crouch down to a meal of tepid water. So tired of the battle… so tired

America - Not much is left of me after this last raid. The white savages get closer and closer every day and my people can not run any further. America - I must continue to hold off these red savages, they’ve taken my children and spouse. I must keep fighting for what is right America – Barely survived that last battle…so glad to be home.... read more Breath slows, heart beat drums Flowing in, pause Flowing out, pause Narrator narrates the process No thoughts, return to breath Narrator catches a thought And lets it go Breath in Narrator narrates Breath out Narrator gets sleepy Flow in Narrator falls asleep Flow out Awareness falls awake Flow in The pregnant void Flow out Expanded awareness Heart beat softens as the breath lengthens The beat, the breath, the ebb and flow…the unnamed is
We’re back visiting the bohemian “green triangle” area of Northern CA and having a great time. We attended a poetry reading at a local coffee shop. I don't usually like to go to these things as I don’t generally do well with "live" shows. Tonight I went and just decided to work on keeping my awareness in my heart and opening up fully to the space. I only picked a few live people (and one imaginary) on my list because I too am less interested in who they actually are and more interested in the qualities I attribute to them and resonate with.
Too with Gandi, I read his autobiography and he... read more discussion post on Mon, November 16, 2009 - 10:54 PM
Living mulch and snails
(in Permaculture)
Hi again I had another question due to now gardening on the Ca central coast. This moderate weather really draws the slugs and snails. Are their certain living mulches that aren't as tasty to them? I'd always just used clover but that was in dr...

Permaculture gardening in Sand
(in Permaculture)
Hi all, we are starting a community garden on the central coast of CA. I've only done permaculture gardening in rocky clay soil so this is a big difference. The area we were given is sand as far as you can dig. I have three questions, if you co...
