It's really quite simple: I am about the outdoors, travel, FAMILY and love of life. (Red Wine and excellent books - Wallace Stegner and Richard Powers, you ROCK! - appreciated, too.) I am about this concept - keep moving - a refrain I kept feeding my three boys when we went biking together in the greater La Grande, OR, area in the '80's. They are grown now, but I am reassured by the fact that all three KEEP MOVING!

Along the Columbia River Gorge, on the WA side, so named by Lewis and Clark (who first referred to it on the way down to the coast as BEATEN Rock). I had run out of "juice" in the camera, so resorted to the cellphone - this is the quality of photo from that source....
