I am passionate about helping women and their families create rich and deep connections in their relationships and in their lives.
I believe that, as women, it is imperative that we bring all of ourselves to the table, in our careers, our lives, our relationships. How do we come to accept all of those hidden and deep parts of ourselves? How do we bring them to light, love them and ultimately integrating them into ourselves and live richly on our path?
My journey has brought me from the world of being a single mother relying on the system to a college graduate who has started several business and then ultimately setting out on a spiritual journey of deep self discovery. In the depth of my delving in and discovering my deep core being, I realized that my desire is to have all women to have the experience of knowing and accepting themselves. I now dedicate my life to sharing this knowledge.
I offer group and individual sessions on relationship, man/women dynamics and healing those parts of ourselves we don’t want to touch alone.
I have a BA in Psychology from California State University and have 8 years training in getting to the core of the self whether alone, with family or in a small group setting. I also have extensive expertise in working with couples and individuals work towards their personal and financial goals.
I work in close collaboration the non-profit group Open House with offers sliding scale holistic health care for women of all incomes in the Bay Area and can set up a whole health program including working with several specialists to offer you a wide range of expertise. Including Ayer Veda, nutrition advice, vortex/massage bodywork experts, opening your sensual body, Buddhist meditation and dharma discussion, and more.
While working together we can outline a pathway to whole health for your entire being: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical.
