My name is Andrew.
I live in Canberra Australia, but I like to have friends from around the
world. :-)
My ethnicity is Cornish/Australian. I was born in 1955, am 6 feet (185 cm) tall, and weigh around 195 pounds (88 kg). I am widowed, with no children.
I am a non-drinker, non-smoker, and non-gambler (I hope that is not too many nons :-).
I enjoy traditional art, ballroom dancing (I have a passion for this, and dance a lot :-), classical music, crimson rosellas (these are the most beautiful birds in the world, which visit me at my home when they wish - I feed them :-), going to the gym, growing red roses, independent scholarship, information technology, investing in corporations (in a long-term non-speculative fashion), mountain climbing near my home, painting (I enjoy doing art with oils, crayons, and charcoal), penpalling, percussion (I learnt to play tympani [orchestra drums] in my youth - I enjoy rhythm), photography, reading (particularly non-fiction), tennis, theology, travel (I recently did an Oscar Wilde walking tour in London, UK, after visiting Greece), vegetarian food, visiting Tidbinbilla Nature reserve which is near my home (where there are kangaroos and koalas in the wild), and writing for publication.
I am a widower.
My qualifications are in economics, education, and computing. My publications relate to educational innovation, technological change, and long range planning.
I am independently affluent.

Andrew is a genious. But he cannot spell or use good grammar. When he was dictating this tome I was laughing so loud that I could barely type. He taught me how to do voice chat on my Mac, even though he has a PC. This amazed and entranced me. He then took me into his flower garden and showed me some of the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen in my life. When he dictated these words I nearly choked to death from laughing. He warned me never to eat while chatting with him or else I might die from choking. I have met funny guys before, but Andrew takes funniness to a new dimension, which I never experienced before. At these words, I said, "Oh my God," and he said, "Ok, you may include that." Andrew is a little bossy. Women find him attractive, but to me he is like Hannibal Lecter. [As in, best kept behind glass unless you want to be eaten alive.] He assures me he is a vegetarian, but this, given his entrancing nature, is of little comfort to me.

I have never met a man as funny as Andrew. He is also brilliant, and rich (well, at least rich in my terms - but I am a poor college student, who will not graduate until after the year 2010, so that is not saying much). I am amazed at the diversity of Andrew's talents. He is a brilliant artist, a superb photographer, and a genius in relation to stock market investing (and I should know, I have an MBA).
I think Andrew is incredibly good looking, also, but he told me to say that, so I am not sure that is believable (but I assure you it is true, at least for me). He is well preserved considering he is nearly old enough to retire.
I think most women who are retired would consider him youthful, but most women who are students would consider him ancient. I do not mind ancient as long as it is mixed with brilliant repartee. Andrew’s repartee is both brilliant and overflowing.
I find sexiness for me is generated primarily by the mind. For me, given Andrew's overflowing brilliance, this means that for me he is like the average woman's Brad Pitt, or the average man's Angelina Jolie.

Andrew is very attaractive guy,he has a very clear idea about himself and the world around him, both in real and virtual space. He is also very intelligent, which is always an asset in a man, as so many of them think they are brilliant when they are not.

An artist and a tutor! Andrew is so refreshing and open, it's always nice to talk with him. Australia doesn't seem nearly so far away when he's online. A very special, creative individual I'm so glad I got to know better.

Andrew is someone with whom you can wonder through ideas as well as flowered gardens. He is very intriguing and will sting any lazy minds into action or outrage. In addition to this, he quite cheerfully cherishes Crocodiles and Jaguars on the way through the jungle of life. In spirit I am a wild Jaguar man-eating cat. I normally eat men unless they entrance me, but I was willing to tolerate Andrew, as he is both intelligent and kind to animals, and I could sense that as he was not carrying a gun when we met on a bright afternoon in the mountains! Because of that, I have invited Andrew to spend one week with me at Lake Como in Italy where I live, and have promised both him, and my boyfriend, that I will be nice and won't eat either of them alive during the visit….

andrew is as hilarious as he is generous. i have never met a man as funny as him before, well, at least according to him. i love his animation of a dog complaining about its treatment - the wonderful scottish accent and his written commentary are brillant. his painting of me perfectly reflects the sort of person i like to believe i am - charming, friendly, and kind. i only hope i will be blessed enough to receive more as time unfolds :)

To be honest when I first met Andrew I had rather expected some uptight individual that only processed thoughts intellectually, well he surprised me in everyway! Andrew is warm hearted and that gives his time freely not expecting anything in return and I will say not many people are like that.
He is not only warm hearted but highly intellegient, has a very artistic vision, so artistic that when I saw his first piece of art work he reminded me very much of my favorite painter caravaggio mixing relalism with beauty.
He also has a great sense of humor, have to love the rose protest. I think Andrew loves beauty so much that he tries to capture its very presence in many ways, both realistically and sometimes with humor but humor is also defined as beauty as well.
He most certainly is a kind soul and I am sure I could probably say many more things about him but summed up Andrew is the type of person you do not meet very often, so regardless to say he is most definately a one in a million kind of person.

Andrew is an absolute genius. I love his art but most of all his mind. He is extremely imaginative and gives wonderful advice. He is a beautiful man.
The only part of this that was written by Andrew is this last sentence.

Andrew can show you the beauty of a sweet and coloured flower in a rainning day (even if it is only inside you). That's why he is an artist.
