Mark Geary is going to be in Portland this week!! He will be here Thursday night, October 2, at the Alberta Street Pub, 1036 NE Alberta St, Portland, OR 97211. I am moving to Montana & Must reduce my collection of over 400 paintings. My art has been described as 'Outsider', or 'Primitive' Art. The work reflects my interest in mythology, spirituality, family, and geometric design. The work includes pieces ranging from 4 by 8 feet, to many small pieces. I paint on canvas, glass, plastic, but mostly recycled wood.

I just saw a post on the Alexanderfans forum on Livejournal that Fae Hollow was saved. Thanks to everyone who helped in any way, even if it was just to think good thoughts. To me, this was more than just a plea to help a faerie musician. It was to save the land, which I see as a living being, and I know that Alec and Kore love and care for the land. I sort of chuckle when people talk about Roman paganism, as it was the Romans who coined the word (of the word from which it is derived, at any rate) to describe people who weren't them: country dwellers, not sophisticated, city-dwelling Romans.
