This is an excerpt from an article in the East Valley Tribune.

"Phoenix police are linking last year's murder of a 19-year-old strip-club dancer from Tempe to serial killings attributed to the "Baseline Rapist."

Tempe police arrested a Kentucky man in December who confessed to the slaying, but Phoenix police now say they have "irrefutable evidence to link their homicide to our homicides," according to Phoenix police Commander Bill Louis."
