This past week brought us both Groundhog Day and the State of the Union Address. It is an ironic juxtaposition of events -- One involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to a creature of little intelligence for prognostication; the other involves a groundhog.

I like to check in on this dancer from time to time to see which way my mind is twisted. (If you click on the image and enlarge the picture, the dancer starts moving.) Supposedly, this is a Right Brain vs Left Brain test. Usually I see the dancer turning clockwise, which supposedly means that I'm using more of the right side of my brain.
