To those that knew JudgeCal,

He has passed on to the next world.

His body was found by his landlord and the police are investigating and
trying to locate family.

He was way to young and much much to brilliant to be gone so soon.

We have the latest news on Tony's Service.

The funeral home says that the wake will be today (Monday July 28th)
from 3-9pm, and the funeral tomorrow at 845 am and the Mass at 945am.
See below for info. I will not be attending the services in Chicago,
but we are planning a small service here.

I have contacted the funeral home and got the name of a local florist to
send an arrangement. It is going to be a mix of green and flowering
plants and will be in a number of small pots, so that they can easily be
split up and taken home by the people who are there. These are not
flowers that are going to be thrown away. The card says, "From his
Friends in New York City, We will miss you Tony"

The arrangment costs about 150 dollars. I am fronting the money for
now. We are also collecting money to help with the families expenses
with bring Tony home. Please send contributions through Paypal at
fortony08@yahoo.com

I will send another note with the time and place of the memorial
service. The tentative information is that it will be at La Plaza
Cultural Community garden in the East Village at 9th Street and C
tomorrow or Wednesday night at 7 pm. I will send this again to confirm
once we have the OK from the Garden. We may have it on Wednesday, then
walk from the Garden to the Continental.

I also plan on having a frame at the service and at the Continental so
that people can sign it and send it to the family along with our
contribution to them.

Hi Jeff,

A friend told me there were pics etc. of my brother online and I just
ran
across
your entry re his funeral etc. We still are not sure of the date but
should

definately know more this afternoon. His body is supposed to 1st land
in
Charlotte today and Chicago tomorrow morning. We were hoping for a
Monday
wake
and a Tuesday funeral. It all depends when he actually arrives.

Anyhow, there is a hotel that is close to everything and they a have a
special
bereavement rate of about $93 if you let them know you are staying for a
funeral
etc. I'll give you the addresses of everything below and then I can
e-mail
you
as soon as we are positive of the dates.

<div>These images are different from the other album where you actually see the dance of the Giglio, a Nola, or pole which a live band, and men carry this around, the opposite end is the boat, with a live band and it is carried around as well.

One of the parade PR organizers, came up to me and asked me if I was press, I guess my body language showed it from all the work events i done in the past. I was flattered. I didn't have my press pass of course, one of these days I will.</div>

CONTROLLED BURN, INC. TO PRESENT "SHUTTER FIRE: PHOTOGRAPHY IN FIRE ARTS" SHOW OPENING AT DREAMER'S COFFEE HOUSE JUNE 1

Reno, Nev., May 21, 2008 – Controlled Burn invites you to view the hottest art show in Reno. Introducing "Shutter Fire: Photography in Fire Arts", to be held from June 5-July 31st at Dreamers Coffee House (17 S Virginia St) in downtown Reno. In support of Reno's Inaugural Fire Arts Festival to be held July 19, view amazing art by local and regional photographers who have captured amazing and sometimes frightening interplay of humans interacting with fire. Inspired by Controlled Burn's invitation to judge this year's Fire Arts Photography contest held by Trick Concepts, a California-based company specializing in fire art fabrication and specialization, this amazing display of fire features some of the winners of this year's contest as well as honorable mentions. Local artists including Bill Kozitsky, Michael Herzog, Pat Herz, Saverio Cine, and Shone Jensen will also be featured with special guest Abjectphoto from New York. Dreamer's Coffee House is known for their support of local and regional artists, and we are very excited to collaborate with them on this project. This incredible show is sponsored by Great Basin Color and Conservation. Prints range from the abstract to the sublime.

This is an amazing opportunity for people who haven't been exposed to fire art to study and experience it in a safe way that nevertheless conveys the fascination with fire we all seem to have. Come down to the cool comfort of Dreamers Coffee House and enjoy the work of these amazing artists!
