The funeral home says that the wake will be today (Monday July 28th) from 3-9pm, and the funeral tomorrow at 845 am and the Mass at 945am. See below for info. I will not be attending the services in Chicago, but we are planning a small service here. I have contacted the funeral home and got the name of a local florist to send an arrangement. It is going to be a mix of green and flowering plants and will be in a number of small pots, so that they can easily be split up and taken home by the people who are there. These are not flowers that are going to be thrown away. The card says, "From his Friends in New York City, We will miss you Tony" The arrangment costs about 150 dollars. I am fronting the money for now. We are also collecting money to help with the families expenses with bring Tony home. The tentative information is that it will be at La Plaza Cultural Community garden in the East Village at 9th Street and C tomorrow or Wednesday night at 7 pm. I also plan on having a frame at the service and at the Continental so that people can sign it and send it to the family along with our contribution to them.
