I literary ran away with the circus, I mean Ren Faire, to find out what I wanted to be when I grew up. After one costume workshop, that was it. Of course, I had already owned a store that specialised in custom fit leather clothing that showcased precariously placed tattoos. I still do leather work, corsetry, all types of costumes, tailoring, jewellery making--whatever it takes. I know how to knit chain maille, and gave a presentation for my textiles class. (Always the geek!) I am getting ready to take on a project recreating a rather famous movie costume.
