This is a question that kept going through my head yesterday, as I walked around the Soulard Mardi Gras, here in St. Louis. The sheer amount of trash littering the streets, the numerous people I saw being rushed around by an emergency vehicle because they drank to much or were not dressed properly for the cold, and few other things I saw here and there. I just kept thinking how different this would be if this was a burner event. Burners would not litter, we would ranger ourselves and just make the event a much more warm, despite the cold, and enjoyable event.
