Caroline's guest is Mike Tidwell, author of "The Ravaging Tide - Strange Weather, Future Katrinas, and the Coming Death of America's Coastal Cities." Caroline has often said the if America's's soul had a physical address it would be New Orleans, and that the fate of New Orleans will be America's fate, and so it is - metaphorically, symbiotically, and now - truly- literally. As there were both ample warning, and competent preventive measures long before (30 years) Katrina struck -- so now, the same is true on a Global level. Critique and solutions.
