Hannah is one of my closest sisters in dance. She introduced me to Dark Fusion and Gothic forms of bellydance that have taken me across the country to study full time in Oakland. She is one of the most caring and warm people I know. She is committed to bringing solid fusion bellydance to the greater community through her own constant study and practice. Her constant creativity and pushing of the envelope in the areas of fusion bellydance have opened many new doors for dancers in the central Illinois region, and for that I thank her. Blazing a trail is never easy, and she has done it with grace and poise. If you are ever in the area, you should look up Maelstrom for a show, whether she is performing solo or in her duet, she is a great dancer to watch.
