about me
I don't trust myself and I'm not sure I know how to have fun, but I'm trying. I am an actor and I love it! I just graduated with my degrees in Theatre and Art History. I've been accepted to Grad School in London, this is where I'll be able to get my MA in Applied Theatre followed by my PhD as well as keep my acting career going! Plus, I'll get to travel and see all the things that Art History has shown me.
I'm trying to do as much as I can. I'm also trying to let loose and stop making set plans...being impulsive is something that I long to do. So at the moment, I'm going with the flow, and so far, the flow is pretty good. I'm of the opinion that once you let go, everything comes to you.

I finished my internship, which turned out to be great once I was moved into production and stopped changing lightbulbs for 8 hours everyday. I met wonderful people that I am really good friends with and I saw some wonderful plays. If given the chance to take a different job, I wouldn't. Every connection I made over the summer was well worth the suffering I went through in May. Anyway, I got back to school and it took over... read more
I started this entry twice, trying to decide what to say, and what not to say. As I wrote the first few tries, it ended up being a bitching fest. And as much as I wish things were different, I don't mind them as much as I think I do.

I have a theatre internship, but it isn't fun yet. I can't wait till the production starts. That way I can get away from my current manager and get started on the good stuff. Facilities is not my thing, but electrics is. I just want to work with stage lights... read more
So, due to the facist nature of the SUNY system, instead of getting the week after Easter off...we got the week of St. Patricks day off so that the University doesn't have to deal with all of the drunk students. Now, yes, I could have gone to visit my mom in DC, but that would have been a 12 hour drive and I have 2 papers to do (which I am still procrastinating). So I opted out of that and am sitting in my living room.

I've decided to start writing here, so that people know more about me. Trouble is, I've been sitting here for 10 minutes trying to figure out what I should write...Nothing significant is pressing me and I don't want to complain about trivial things. Hmm...

I'll start with college. I love my classes. I just finished up an Applied Theatre project with the residents of a nursing home. Those stories were just too amazing. A man that I talked to seriously had a "M*A*S*H" army experience (I'm ta... read more
