This is the 67 olds 442 i am working on. right now i am fitting the rocker panel "its in electro deposit primer black" so you may not see it in the pic. next peice to get hacked off will be the door hinge area as it was fubared pretty bad and a poor attempt at fixing it was down prior to us getting it.

this is a 67 olds 442 in for some serious rust repair and paint job. this car was hammered hard on the passenger side up by the cowl and t boned on the drivers side ight into the front part of the quarterpanel. "this is play time for me." the owner about passed out when he saw what needed to be done and what i accomplished in a few evenings. this car will get quarterpanels for both sides from a salvage yard that came along with outer wheel wells on both sides and truck to quarter drop down panels on both sides. drivers side will get an inner wheel well since it was rotted. passenger side will get a rocker panel since it was just obliterated from rust. and a front pass. side cowl section from where it was hit in an accident.

67 pont. gto starting block sanding we sprayed the interior floor with scorpion bedliner to seal the metal and add sound deadoning in one shot. we will also do the same for under the car as this stuff is better than undercoating

67 Pontiac GTO in primer ready for the bottom to be sprayed with more scorpion bedliner this car will live another 30 years and then some with what we have done to it.

67 olds 442 here is a broader shot of the 442. the quarter is 96 % removed from the car we just need to get the rear window out and we will have all the quarter removed.

67 gto door jamb area of new quarter. those odd copper looking things are what avaition metalsmiths use for airframe structural repair. "thats what i did in the military airframes structures and hydraulicsmith" along with hazmat work for four of the five years i was in the service
