Started using hash/marijuana/pep-pills/alcohol while on campus but somehow maneged to Graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay). After wasting more than half my life in drugs & alcohol I kicked the habit on the evening of 29th June 1990. Not wanting any other person to go through the shit-houses & degradation that follows addiction, I started my research to find an effective solution that was easy and simple to follow. I found it in the 6 Precepts and Vipassana meditation. These paths not only liberate us from our various addiction and from our attitudes, beliefs & feelings but from life itself. Now, I've set out to write a book on it.
We are angels, we are Stardust.... & ....Death gives us wings where we had shoulders smooth as raven's claws!

I've seen a number of those 4th Step work-sheets the BB way. But I think they're too complicated and tedious for a 1st timer. So I've simplified it by removing the 2nd column all together.

If it's done with your guide/sponsor counsellor or helper/friend it's much easier. That's how Dr Bob and the original AA members did it, with someone else -- not alone.
So if you can be with someone & write it'll help. You could go to an AA club sit by yourself & write it there.
