Greetings dear friends! It has been awhile since I've sent out a newsletter, so bear with me if you will because this one's a little long! We have some catching up to do. I hope you like the new format -- Al Polito of www.thewritething.biz helped me get it together.

I hope you are doing well and having a magical new year so far! The long road, "the road less traveled," to spiritual mastery and unified consicousness continues to be surprising, exciting, rewarding, grueling, painful, challenging, miserable, fun, and playful...all at the same time! Welcome to the earthly school room of duality and polarity!

More and more I GET IT that we must absolutely ACCEPT ALL OF IT to be at peace and transcend the pain and struggle that results from being in resistance to ALL THAT IS, for what you resist persists, and becomes BIGGER and LOUDER and demands our attention until we can't take it anymore! Thus, Mother Mary and the Beatles message "LET IT BE" becomes more and more and more meaningful to me every day. And of course one of my favorite quotes: "When you learn to love hell you will be in heaven" rings in my ears throughout the day.

Mother Mary constantly reminds me that my only job (OUR ONLY JOB) is to have fun, to laugh, to be playful, to celebrate that it really is all so simple when you can relax, "let go of the oars" (in the words of Abraham)...because the same force that makes the planets orbit around the sun everyday, that makes the tiny seed grow into a giant oak tree or a beautiful blossoming flower, or a makes a single cell grow into a human being, without any effort on our part, is the same force that is flowing through our body and mind, seeing to the details of our daily life, making magic and miracles possible in every moment! Divine intelligence abounds all around us and through us, but we resist it, don't trust it, struggle with how to surrender to it, and all the while it is there, patiently waiting for us to relax, surrender, and get out of the way so that it can work its magic in our life. I have learned that the best way to let this divine intelligence work and flow in my life is to simply distract myself by HAVING FUN! When I am having fun, everything else seems to magically and miraclulously take care of itself.

Miracles! Miracles! Miracles!

It is with great excitement that I share with you that I have been perfecting the art of performing miracle healings, or shall I say, I have learned how to get out of the way and be a clear channel for God to perform a miracle healing using my body as a channel for extraordinarily powerful light, love, and the divine intelligence that knows exactly how to heal anyone of anything. As it repeatedly says in A Course In Miracles, "There is no order of difficulty in miracles." If God can create the entire universe and make the planets orbit around the sun everyday without any help from us, then healing an illness, disease, or injury is nothing but normal, easy, and effortless. Miracles are happening around us ALL THE TIME and we take it for granted, don't even notice, and then act surprised when we witness something "paranormal" that we do not expect to witness. The only reason we do not witness paranormal activity and miracles around us everyday and live in a state of complete AWE and INSPIRATION all the time is becasue we simply do not open our eyes and see what is right in front of us. Really! We choose to ignore the magic and miracles and evidence that "God has it all under control" all around us.

Let us change our perception just a little bit and begin to notice the evidence of the power of God and divine intelligence all around us, and notice how this one small adjustment in perception can make such a big difference in how we feel. It reminds me of star gazing on a clear night...when you realize how incomprehensible the vastness of the universe is, this evokes feelings of awe, wonder, excitement, inspiration, feelings that are beyond what words can describe...this is a glimpse into what enlightenment and union with God is like!

Back in Portland

Some of you are wondering why my move to Colorado only lasted for 7 months, what my family emergency was, and if Jesse and I are okay. I was wondering myself why this move to Colorado didn't work out, as I absolutely loved the state of Colorado and was very clearly guided to move there by my Higher Self and God.

To make a long story short, it was revealed to me after I returned to Portland with my tail between my legs, beaten down by many extraordinarily strange, unbelievable, and traumatic experiences in Colorado, flat broke, and traumatized by a very surreal car accident, that my son has a very important soul/relationship contract to fulfill with his dad and both his paternal and maternal relatives (who all live here in Portland), and nothing in the universe could stand in the way of him completing his contracts. I was sent to Colorado to learn this lesson, as I just wasn't getting the lesson living here in Portland. I was in much resistance to this truth and refused to believe or accept that my son and I needed to live in Portland. I had been told so many times by well-meaning friends, psychics, counselors, social workers, attorneys, etc. that moving out of state was the very best thing for me and my son, and my ego wanted to believe that was true. Well, that is just not divine truth. That was not the way God saw things, nor did my son's Higher Self or my Higher Self see it that way. You can run but you can't hide...so I was taught a powerful lesson!

I have learned so much on so many levels. Mostly I have leaned to surrender and accept God's Will for my son's life. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish between the will of the lower self and the Higher Self, but trust me, when you can't tell the difference, and it is in regards to something very important, like a child's relationship contracts with his family members, God will show it to you in a very big way that you can understand and cannot ignore!

So I am back in Portland and ready to HAVE FUN! I am ready to do what I am most passionate about, what I love the most, which is teaching workshops, channeling words of wisdom from my Higher Self and Mother Mary, and facilitating miracle healings for God. I hope you will join me in all the fun!!

Hey you guys!

How have you been? I just got home from New York last night and wanted to tell you about my trip.

This was my very first time ever in New York. Al and Susan Anderson, who I met via Roni Cappel, who I met through the Mystery School at the Gifts Of Spirit Channeling Intensive in August 2004, introduced Al and Susan to my website. Al and I have been e-mailing and talking on the phone together for the past year. Al invited me out to New York. Mother Mary insisted that I go in September while Derek O'Neill was there having his weekend workshop. Derek O'Neill is the avatar/miracle worker/student of Sai Babba from Dublin Ireland that I went to last April who performed a miracle healing on me on multiple levels and profoundly changed my whole entire life. Interestingly enough, the trip also coincided with the anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center exactly 5 years ago in September 11th, 2001. Also, my friend Roni, who came to visit me here in Portland last June, was hit by a van on July 28th and is in a coma in a Manhatan hospital. Lastly, a women I met at the Derek O'Neill workshop last April invited me to her aunt's art opening--and get this, she has a statue of Mother Mary that dances. Reporters from all over the world have come to her Manhattan apartment to see the dancing Mother Mary statue. Her art opening revolved around Mother Mary, Jesus, and paranormal expereicnes caught on film. So needless to say, the timing for this trip was cosmically very interesting.

This trip for me was like a "spiritual graduation"--I don't know how else to put it. The seed of deep and profound peace, joy, and faith in God that Derek planted in my heart last April 2nd has grown, blossomed and over-taken my consiousness. And it's about damn time!!!! Ha, ha! This entire trip and eveything I did while I was in New York "put everything into perspective" and I realized where I have been, how far I have come, and where I am going...and I do not mean in an "external sense."

I had an absolute blast sight seeing all over New York, getting to know my way around on the NYC subway system all by myself, getting lost and ending up in Harlem (ha, ha!), watching each amazing day unfold, waiting to see what God had in store for me everyday. I had no idea what I was doing in New York or why I was there, so I had no agenda for what I wanted to do each day, so that foundation of complete surrender into the moment is what transformative, magical experiences are all about. I have to say, this was the best trip of my life so far.

First I have to say that meeting Al and Susan in person was like "coming home." They are my real true family in the deepest sense of the word. The way I felt with Al and Susan is the way I feel when I am in Independence, OR with my very best friend Kayte. I felt so deeply connected, close, comfortable, understood, loved, and respected. God has re-united me with more of my real family and it felt sooooooo good to be home. I am so blessed and filled with gratitude, love, and joy.

So while I was there, in order, I went to see Roni first at the Bellvue hospital on 1st Ave. and 27th Street. Then I went to the art opening on 10th Ave. and 25th Street in west Manhattan. I walked all the way across the entire distance of Manhattan (unintentionally because I did not know the NYC blocks were so HUGE) which took me almost an hour. It turns out that Mindy's aunt, Nancy Burson, is a repuatable artist in NYC who invented the age progression computer photography that the police use to identify missing persons, so that was an interesting experience meeting her and seeing her exhibit. I went to the World Trade Center "hole in the ground" where they were having a motorcyle rally and saw St. Paul's chapel accross the street from the WTC (on the north side) where George Washington went to church. This church is the oldest, still fuctionaing building in all of NYC. I went to Battery Park across the street from the WTC in the other direction (south of the WTC) and saw the Statue of Liberty in the distance. Then I went to Central Park, Times Square, and the Empire State Building. The Twin Towers used to be the tallest buildings in NYC but now that they are gone, the Empire State Building re-claims that title. I went to John Lennon's apartment and saw Strawberry Fields in Central Park where they have a memorial site for him. John Lennon is one of my spirit guides, so this was a very deep and meaningful experience for me--one of the highlights of my trip. I also saw the resorvoir and the lake in Central Park and I saw the Museum of Natural History across the street from Central Park.

The Derek O'Neill workshop was even more powerful than it was in April, which I really did not think was even possible! After what I have witnessed both in April and last Sunday in NYC I KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that Derek is an avatar incarnate. I cannot even begin to describe what the workshop was like. It is something you simply have to experience for yourself. For any Mystery School people out there who know what I am talking about, if you take all the light from the Adept initiation and the Teacher's initiation and put it together and multiply it by a thousand (or maybe more), that is what you get at a Derek O'Neill workshop. He performed one profound healing miracle after another. People were literally dropping like flies to the ground. We received not just one, but two initiations in one day...one from Sai Babba and one from Archangel Michael. At one point, Derek gave a one-of-a-kind gold pendant away to a woman he did a healing on. He then proceeded to give a lecture about how manifestation works. After his brief lecture he literally manifested another gold pendant out of thin air to replace the one he gave away and casually put it on his chain and put it back on around his neck. I and the woman sitting next to me almost had a heart attack! I know that from this day forward I will never get any spiritual training or initations from anyone that is not an avatar. Al and I are hoping to go to Derek's training together in Ireland soon. I know we will if and when it is God's will and the will of our Higher Selves. The union consiousness that was seeded into my heart and mind last April has taken root and is growing into a beautiful, colorful flower. The healing I received last Sunday with Derek re-stored profound clarity and insight into my awareness. Ego issues were revealed for what they are and released easily and effortlessly. I don't just "know" everything is okay...I "feel" everything is okay deep inside my heart. I feel refreshing deep inner peace. I know God loves me because I know that I AM and I love myself becasue I love God and "we" are one...and becasue I love myself I love EVERYTHING becasue I know and feel that I am everything.

This light and love that radiates within me was reflected by my external reality while I was in NYC. I have heard the stereotype that New Yorkers are rude...well not in my reality! Everyone was so loving and kind to me, so helpful, appreciative, and so on...I kept wondering what I had done to deserve such treatment. I could write a whole other story about how people were behaving toward me while I was in New York...trying to help me, thanking me, giving me gifts to show their gratitude to me, and from my own perspective, I had done nothing! I had no idea what all this attention I was receiving was about. I was in awe. I simply love God, which traslates to--I love everything. So I guess people were unconsciously responding to being loved. Fascinating.
