There are moments in your life when you need to react with lighting quick effectiveness. you never know when these moments may happen but you need to be ready for them and keeping vigilant and well trained may someday save your life. These things have been on my mind lately as My daily lard intake has reached 250 and my skin becomes pale from sitting in my Edit bay hour after hour. I don't seem to be getting any closer and feel asleep most of the time, I fear all my training has gone out the window. My reflexes are gone. I will be slow to react.

this brave Marine { stupid for not sleeping in his hellmate} reminds me to get up of my ass and always be vigilant for that which may come. Study and practice and stay sharp. Because when the Fit hits the Shan I need to be able to have a QUICK REACTION TIME.

This pic was taken early yesterday morning in Astan. 5.19.08 The Marine lived to tell the tale and COmbat Camera was on the scene for these amazing pics. The forces was ambushed while sleeping. The Marine survived and holy hell that was a close one.
