Okay, so I often get asked the question: why don't you post pics of yourself, Luna?

If you are here on my page, chances are you know the kinda tribes I go to;) If I was your daughter or little sister would you want me plastering pictures of myself all over the place? If you REALLY think about it.. probably not. And you might say to that, well I post pictures of me and I don't get harassed by people.. well good for you.. cause this probably means you're a guy and you don't get the kind of mail in your inbox that i have gotten.

(If you like my avatar photo, that's the actress Dominique Swain. She played the title role in the 1997 version of, "Lolita." I'm a fan of the films and of the book, and I think Dominique is really pretty.) OR it's Sue Lyon, who was in the 60s version of "Lolita." I think Sue's pretty too.

Another question that gets brought up after the first one is: Oh well, Luna.. how do I know you are who you say you are?

My answer to that is, I could say the same thing about you! I'm sorry if you got burned by stupid people pretending to be someone they are not, but that's not my fault. I'm not here to restore your faith in online humanity. I'm here to read about things I wanna read about, explore new interests, and meet people who share my interests. I don't think me posting pictures (naked or otherwise) is gonna solve anything for you if you have trust issues. If we get to know each other and I trust you, and your like, hey Luna I'd really love to see who I'm talking to.. then I have no problem in sending you a pic of me AFTER we get to know eachother.

So if you want to friend me or not, whatever works for you is fine with me. I'm not looking to collect people in my friend box or anything. But seriously, if you're going to start in on these questions with me then re-read the above.
