my dear friends ~ ~
i just finished lunch with my dear mother and noticed how unfamiliar we were with expressing and sharing
our most wonderful feelings that we are. We live in her beautiful home {fully paid for}, have a table full of fresh roses
{Sonoma in the summer }, she is well and blessed at 90 and we had succulent fresh ripe peaches for dessert.

Fantastic ~ and yet i didn't hear or see the joy and love expressed and felt we were really missing out on
a most beautiful/meaningful part of having and sharing this blessed experience. Like the roses on the table , i wished that
we naturally and spontaneously expressed and were deeply present to our most blessed states. I would like to be aware and express
my blessings as radiantly and as beautifully as a rose can ~ ~ ~ and i would like my mother to experience her joy and love as fully as possible also !!!!!
SO, my creative urge says , ' Whenever you can feel your love or joy or gratitude inside, make a conscious sharing to those around you '
Try to accomplish and notice this 5 times a day to make it a conscious practice - Say to anyone appropriate, " I love you because ....."
{ i.e, .because i feel inspired by you , because your laughter tickles me, because your hugs warm my heart and comfort me..}
Be a total maverick and rose by saying freely , "i am happy to have ......" or "Being with you, i feel so happy".
Likewise with gratitude - "man, i feel so blessed to be healthy or having a conversation with you , or being alive !".

Seems so simple . How would you like to hear these very alive feelings from your friends ? How often this week have you offered
freely such exclamations of beautiful self :-} Can you imagine the richness of our universe if we all lived and nurtured it in this way :-}
Sure looks like an incredibly beautiful garden of radiant flowers to me :-}

This exercise or spiritual practice anchors our awareness of our blessings and at the same time shares the good news/feelings
to those around us - Giant Win-Win :-}}}}}}} In-to-me-u-see {intimacy } blossoming thru conscious participation......

i feel so blessed to have you friends who i admire and care about so much to have something that may contribute to
the beauty and love and joy that you are ..... i am so blessed to be with my mother who i love and appreciate so much.
i am so blessed to feel the creativity that love inspires in me and share it. i am very happy and smile fully from inside right now ...

ps. i've always been fascinated at the irony/sadness of seeing people in an ice crean shoppe being so involved that they
aren't even smiling - perhaps a dream, a painting , perhaps a possible reality. i guess i now feel complete with understanding that possible situation
and it's spiritual meaning .......:-}
