What is love to me ; what do i feel and mean when i say/feel "i love you". I feel {any or all of the following or some combination } : i admire you ; i appreciate the angel that you are ; i feel your kindness- love ; i thank you for allowing us to share our feelings especially love&joy ; i thank you for opening yourself so we could connect ; i thank you for receiving my essence ; i enjoy our play together as it fills my heart with joy ; i feel very happy being allowed to contribute to the wonderfulnesses that you are and to your life ; my experience of Spiritual Energy Exchange { s.e.x. } with you has transformed my being , moved me deeper into my heart energy& joy and i feel very blessed by your gifting ; i feel joy that you have experienced our s.e.x. and that your spirit has been nurtured , inspired, been alive with joy , uplifted and possibly guided to new realms of empowerment and expression ; i feel a smile fill my spirit ; i feel renewed and extra thankful to be alive because we shared together .

the miracle of being and expressing our love/joy/gratituide

my dear friends ~ ~ i just finished lunch with my dear mother and noticed how unfamiliar we were with expressing and sharing our most wonderful feelings that we are. We live in her beautiful home {fully paid for}, have a table full of fresh roses {Sonoma in the summer }, she is well and blessed at 90 and we had succulent fresh ripe peaches for dessert. Fantastic ~ and yet i didn't hear or see the joy and love expressed and felt we were really missing out on a most beautiful/meaningful part of having and sharing this blessed experience. Like the roses on the table , i wished that we naturally and spontaneously expressed and were deeply present to our most blessed states. I would like to be aware and express my blessings as radiantly and as beautifully as a rose can ~ ~ ~ and i would like my mother to experience her joy and love as fully as possible also !!!!! SO, my creative urge says , ' Whenever you can feel your love or joy or gratitude inside, make a conscious sharing to those around you ' Try to accomplish and notice this 5 times a day to make it a conscious practice - Say to anyone appropriate, " I love you because ....." { i.e, .because i feel inspired by you , because your laughter tickles me, because your hugs warm my heart and comfort me..} Be a total maverick and rose by saying freely , "i am happy to have ......" or "Being with you, i feel so happy". Likewise with gratitude - "man, i feel so blessed to be healthy or having a conversation with you , or being alive !". Seems so simple . How would you like to hear these very alive feelings from your friends ? How often this week have you offered freely such exclamations of beautiful self :-} Can you imagine the richness of our universe if we all lived and nurtured it in this way :-} Sure looks like an incredibly beautiful garden of radiant flowers to me :-} This exercise or spiritual practice anchors our awareness of our blessings and at the same time shares the good news/feelings to those around us - Giant Win-Win :-}}}}}}} In-to-me-u-see {intimacy } blossoming thru conscious participation...... i feel so blessed to have you friends who i admire and care about so much to have something that may contribute to the beauty and love and joy that you are ..... i am so blessed to be with my mother who i love and appreciate so much. i am so blessed to feel the creativity that love inspires in me and share it. i am very happy and smile fully from inside right now ... {from a great workshop with Nancy Shipley Rubin ;www.rubinenterprises.info} There are four important steps from "Dream" to becoming a" Dream-Magnet". #1- Our spirit, imagination or desires give us a feeling that we welcome-a Dream. Like a child, we are delighted that we may create a reality that brings us this fulfillment. #2- We then empower our dreams by bringing them into our heart. Our hearts infuse our dreams with passion, support and permission. Our hearts solidify and energize our dreams. #3- Then we take this energy to our Lower Chakras where our intention manifests as a magnet and draws the universe to resemble our dream. #4- Our Dream-Magnet needs to be aware of a Path-of-Fulfillment to finish the job. It needs to know that this objective is possible {i.e. "the four-minute-mile", making a million in real-estate, loving partners do exist, miracles are possible} ; this is where a 'success-model' can be invaluable. It also needs to be unhindered by internal distress, failure scenarios, unworthiness and this is where internal healing-work may be necessary. hello , my dear friends ~ ~ big change in my life- left san francisco after 23 years to live with my mother in santa rosa. at 89 , i am happy for her to have my companionship and we enjoy being together all day- she has youthful spirit, loves to play and clever. i have no friends here and want so much to have this type of companionship ..... i adore being with loving spirits and so miss the 40-50 people i waited on and befriended every day at Sam's grill. could you help ..... do you have some dear friends here that you would be willing to introduce ? do you know some activities here where spirited people join together, any other ideas ???!!! i wish i could be with any of you angels .... namaste. and my deep appreciation for your assistance. love and smiles, caverly ps. living at home, i am not in a typical dating mode {phone contact and perhaps visiting1-2 a week :-}. this is new to me and this area seems pretty isolated . i am interested in heart-connection, empowerment, commonunity ,learning , NVC , HAI and play :-} 707 538-8424

dear friends ~ I can imagine how this dynamic would work so well for a biologist. I use this principle to keep my "feet on the Path-of-Love" ; I FOCUS on seeing-experiencing the wonderfulness of the people i come in contact with , my FOCUS celebrates the beauty-love-joy that is so abundant in all angels around me. my FOCUS is from my heart , rather than from my brain and judgements. my FOCUS is filled with admiration, joy and love because this is what i mostly see and feel in others. i practice to do this better and am more joyful,loving and playful from living in that mode. By focusing on love-joy-play in what i see, i am happier and more inspired :-} i would be so pleased if this inspires you with love&joy... She completely captured my heart and just would not let go. here i am innocently waiting for my bus, and i turn and this angelic young woman is just a beaming smile for me. i humbly reciprocated and our joy was united. she never said a word but for 15 minutes she sat next to me and beamed all her love right for me and i adored her and held her presense as a precious flower. we couldn't stop ; wouldn't ! her love held firm like lichen on a rock - we were mesmerized with delight. ummmmm.... sweet Iona is only 21 months and has a brilliant life ahead as god's loving angel. i was a bit sad when she left and was glad that she wasn't ; we waved heartily as she left......

loving/accepting friends for the long-term vs. withdrawing when my needs aren't meet

i notice that sometimes my friends really annoy me as their actions/words really don't meet my needs. {and i'll try to let them know my needs then}. i tend to withdraw then and wonder if our connection really works for me. This method is rather a lose-lose dynamic and frustrating in that i may feel i can't get what i need. now i see that there is a different approach that offers a win-win. Sure they may be 'uncordinated' and my particular need may not get meet soon but i want to stay focused on loving them and who else is going to hang with them and help them move forward. when they are having a tough time with their 'cordination' is when i can be of most loving service for them and give them the love they need despite my immedaite needs not being meet. i want my love affairs to be about the bigger-picture of loving them and staying there as their loving companion and i don't need to be distracted because some little need of mine doesn't get 'properly' addressed. this is love/acceptance in the long-term perspective and is a win-win, rather than just being with love when my needs are being meet and withdrawing when they aren't. namaste means staying focused on seeing the love :-}

about giraffe ears , "lately ,'giraffe-ears' has been such a major focus and blessed understanding for me. so for all two days, that seemed to be all that Marshall Rosenberg {Non-Violent Communication} was talking about :-}}} {funny how that works, huh?!}. So incredible , so over-powerfully valuable. So incredibly the basis of people staying with love in a 'distressed situation'. He summed up this spirit and wisdom so beautifully thanks to years of working on and caring about this facet. "No matter what harsh words, opinions or criticisms one may hear, always realize that all they are trying to say is 'Please, thank you'. !!!!!!!!!!! {please hear how deeply in pain i am , please listen to me and let me know you care, and please understand that i have needs that are so frustrated and painful. please, please, please, just love me and know that i love you .no matter what my incoherent words may sound like ".

My dearest friends , the beautiful blessing in my life is the love my friends allow me to gift them - my heart sings and i know i've never had it so GOOD :-}}}} {they seem to say the same, and yet we are still too busy to spend time together ???} this is a note i sent to a friend having a pisces birthday also. it explores how we feel 'getting older'.... hope you like it. age only exists as a weird mental construct {trying to 'delineate' with clocks, calendars and junk that we are somehow 'losing' time . What a screwball perspective we've bought into. It emphasizes that we just lost 30 years of our alotment rather than celebrating the incredible gift we have been receiving, such as your remarkable loves and joys that have been so rich&plentiful in your life.} as you share about how you sense your mom's presence , it is what she did with her life that was most important to her life experience. whether it was instant nirvana , or spiritual growth that lasted a long time, the time really doesn't matter. The joy and love are what matter and this is what we should keep our view and appreciation and gratitude on rather than watching and wondering about some dumb clock concept :-}}}} i wish you all days of love and joy abounding radiantly as blessings are like corn-popping ...... i salute your sensuous goddess nature and it's joyous adventures and inspirations - a sweet inspiration to me..... much love, caverly ps i am 60 this week ; i actually feel like two 30 y.o.s. Like Ted Williams , "I want to keep my intent focus on what really matters - Love is All :-}}" My presence is my empowerment and can be my loving gifts to my friends&loved ones. What bliss.
