Traveling around Lamanai-one of the biggest mayan ruins in Belize-wide eyed with amazment of this ancient sacred space. The vibration of this magical culture still living and breathing-as I hiked up the highest temple there I could see miles and miles of lush jungle alive with the calls of tropical birds and howler monkeys. So primal, so alive.

The winter is here with frosty cold nights and days filled with cloudy skys-Hibernation mode kicked in finding it hard to crawl out of my oh so warm and comfy bed, especially when I can hear the rain falling. Here in a few weeks my plane will be taking off, down into the hot sunny lands of central america where I will be calling my home for the following months ahead. This is it-a dream come true. A definite moment of manifesto!

Lighting in a Bottle, what a beautiful experience that was. Driving down the lush west coast winding round the ancient all knowing redwoods down into the warm desert of southern cali. Our healing sanctuary that we brought together giving and reaching out to people offering positive and healing divine bodywork. The forest came alive with peoples magnifacent creations awakening into the night. Bewitching goddesses dressed in amazing costumes, hula hooping and spinning poi till the sun came up. And the music, how it filled the dome with penetrating bass hits opening up every chakra of the body. Seducing rhythms spiraling around hot and sweaty bodies bringing the energy to the highest peak of pleasure. How our auras boucing off of one another, came together into one beaming out into the universe sending our prayers manifesting peace and love.

This last sunday was the gathering of the naked lady party. Being the first naked lady party I had ever attended I didnt know quit what to expect. All I new is that I was suppose to bring accesseries and clothes that were no longer wanted, so I rummaged around my closet for what I hadnt worn in atleast acouple of months, threw it in a bag and hit the road. Being the first one to arrive, the hostess Calina who was working away in the kitchen preparing fabulous vegan dishes, put me to work making thai peanut sauce for her homemade spring roles. As soon as the clock hit 2 women started pouring in with bags full of clothes, bottles of red wine, hula hoops, and thus the party began. First we started out introducing ourselves over cocktails and appetizers and once everyone was there we began the cloths exchange. The living room floor was literally pilled half way to the ceiling with clothes and shoes. We all sat in a circle and tried to have an organized pass around each item in a calm manner but everyone just started digging in. The clothes were flying all around, ladys undressing in the hallway to try things on. This all went on for about an hour and it seemed that everyone found something worth keeping. Once everyone got there "shopping" kicks we headed outside where the sun was shining and there was so much room for dancing and drumming. One of the most magical things Ive ever experienced is having a tribal drum circle with my best sista's on this planet. Women hula hooping in the sun, sexy ladies playin the drums, it was a gathering of witches coming out to play.
