Marie Elizabeth Davidson

Marie collapsed outside the Catalyst at the Yonder show sometime around the beginning of the second set on April 21, 2006. She was taken to the ER at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz where she remained unconscious and on life support until Monday, April 24th. Her friends and family lovingly surrounded her through her final moments.

Marie truly embodied so many great qualities. She was always so generous with her time and anything else she could offer, like that laugh that made you know you're alive. A laugh that shot out like a thunder bolt but hit the heart like a feather. Always the voice of calm reason, with a ready hug and smile for all of her friends. And even though she no longer walks among us, her spirit is ever present, as love will be.
