Raven holds a unique place in many native myths. Raven is a creator - he is mankind's protector and sometimes saviour. He brought light and fire to the early people so they would not die. He gave them salmon so they wouldn't starve. In some stories, he even brough water to break a terrible drought. He is a cultural hero.

He is also a Trickster. Raven steals from man, and from other spirits. He plays jokes on us, and he laughs at mankind's expense. Sometimes his tricks go awry and he ends up the butt of his own joke, but even then, there is humor.

Raven is a juxtaposition of opposites: A provider and a thief. A hero and a fool. He brought light out of darkness, but he is himself cloaked in midnight black. He is a symbol of dark brooding sadness, and of death, yet he brings life, and unrivalled joy. He is credited with creating the earth and all its mysteries, but even the smallest secret attracts his attention. He is a silent spy, and an unstoppable chatterbox. He is many things.... And sometimes he is nothing.

That is Raven.

Raven's children must understand the value of humor. They need to see the joy which pervades all living things, and bring that joy to others. They also need to develop their sense of curiosity. So many fascinating things happen around us all the time - and raven's children want to know about all of them. They also want to bring things into the light. Some people might not want to see what Raven's brood expose to the bright light of day, though... since many people have secrets which they'd prefer to keep hidden. Those who follow Raven aren't always appreciated for what they do, but they still share a certain satisfaction at a job well done when they make someone stop and reevaluate themselves or the world around them.

Dear Ones, we hear your request for information and insight into the
complexities of Sacred Relationship. We wish to elaborate on the
facet of Self-Realization for this is the basis of Sacred
Relationship. One cannot achieve Sacred Relationship with another
until one has established Sacred Relationship within one’s self.
One way to do this involves a concept known as “visualization.” To
achieve Sacred Relationship within one’s self, one must establish the
intent.
• How do you want to be?
• What is your picture of you?
• How would you like to look, to be, to act, to display yourself
before the universes and to your own Sacred Self?
Think and ponder these questions, for your intent drives what you will
become.
Many of you have no idea of your “end product” so to speak. A
helpful way to determine your intent is to fantasize what others might
say about you after you depart Earth.
• Would you like people to say that you demonstrated the pure love of
The Christ?
• Would you like others to say that you expressed unconditional love
in all your interactions with others?
Determine how you want to be, to act.
After you establish a list of attributes you desire to attain, begin
to focus on each one. We recommend playing in your imagination. Make
it fun. Practice displaying the traits you desire to exhibit to
others and to yourself. Vibrate with what you want. In this way, you
will be able to manifest that which you wish to be and accomplish that
which you desire.
Spend a little time each day on this activity. So, let’s say that
you want to merge with your own Higher Self. You would spend a few
minutes throughout each day being your Higher Self. Pretend and
imagine yourself in all your glory and light walking upon the Earth.
Imagine yourself greeting all you meet with unconditional love. See
yourself manifesting abundance, joy and alignment with Source (the
God-Self within). Everywhere you look you see God-in-action pulsing
with the pure white light of The Christ. Maintain this feeling of
ecstasy as long as you can. Then, breathe in and breathe out. Rest
in the energy created through your desire. Go about your daily
business knowing you are not separate.
As you practice each day, you will be able to maintain the feeling of
ecstasy for extended periods of time. People will see you smiling.
They will smile back, not knowing why. But, we say, you are a
co-conspirator with the Universes. You are helping in the up
lift-ment of all humanity, Mother Gaia, and the many Universes
(Multi-verses).
We honor and salute you for manifestation in the density of the
physical plane, for it can seem so difficult. Know that you are
living masters, here to assist the Earth and all who reside upon her
during this most important transition.

A magician dances the dance of love through offering gifts of freedom to others. This is real magic. Freed from the need to use power to manipulate or control, a magician uses wisdom to manifest liberation and love.

The harmonic wisdom of White Wizard is melody, the progression of signle tones within a composition. White Wizard symbolizes the sacred journey of your individual life. As a harmonic magician, you are a novel yet universal container for the expression of the Divine. While you play the melody of your journey's spirit song, the Creator provides the harmony.

Melody is to music what story line is to story. Utilize the elements you have chosen for exploration in your life - your gifts, talents, abilities, motivations, circumstances, and the other characters in your play. White Mirror represents the Hall of Mirrors, where you can face your own reflection and see the truth about yourself. As a mirror, White Mirror merely reflects what is, whether truth, beauty or illusion. Here you can face unfinished business, the dissonance of difficulties, or charged issues that would keep you from the full expression of your Divinity. Become aware of any illusions or distortions within yourself; your clarity of perception will transform them. Take a moment to see yourself as you actually are, shadow and all, freed from the maze of mental illusion.

Sometimes you may find yourself reacting rather than freely responding to a situation or person. If you have charged reactions such as frustration, anger, fear, judgement or jealousy, look at how you might be projecting these issues onto someone else. The world is the mirror for you to truly see. Any strong reaction to a person or event signals an issue to work on in yourself. Be willing to examine and utilize what you see in your mirrors, in order to transform dysfunctional belief systems, negative thoughtforms, and fixed patterns.

In the Hall of Mirrors there is no good or bad, no right or wrong - there is only the reflection of what is. As you learn to see yourself, you begin to see your emotional reactions as signs indicating where to focus your awareness for growth.

On this quest, come prepared to face White Mirror's sword of truth and purification. The wisdom of this sword penetrates, exposes, and ultimately heals your illusions. Discrimination is tempered with love cleanly cuts away everything that does not serve your evolution. To the Maya, White Mirror is the flint that hones your sword.

The greatest gift of the sword is the power of forgiveness. A profound freedom emerges from forgiveness, the releasing of the illusion of cause and effect. Use the great gifts offered in this blad of truth and light to forgive and release anything you may judge or see as imperfect.

Blue Hand is your Subconscious Self and Hidden Helper.

Blue Hand is a gateway, an opening, a portal from one understanding to another. A clue to the meaning of Blue Hand is found in the meditation, "I am, by thinly veiled design, the threshold to other dimensions. In my ending is my beginning. The initatory gateway awaits." Blue Hand is the seventh or last archetype in the cycle of development of primary being. It represents the power found in completion. Blue Hand is seen as a closure, which is really an opening to another level of being.

Like the fluidity of moving water, Blue Hand is associated with the process of dance, mudra, and beauty. This movement is a metaphor for the ebb and flow of life. In meditation with Manik, experience the flowing quality that is the beauty of the cosmic dance. Blue Hand represents the 'beauty way', the ability to see intrinsic beauty within yourself and in all things. Living the beauty way requires being in your full beauty and power. The energy of Blue Hand will also help you to manifest spiritual skills - especially those intuitive gifts such as oracular divination. In each incarnation, you bring certain gifts. Each path - from priest and priestess to shaman and dancer to artist and gardener - carries varied tools and skills. You have chosen certain gifts and tools that offer you a way to interact with others and your life process. Yellow Seed represents your Challenge and Gift. With maturity and awareness this challenge will turn into a Focus. This is what you desire to learn in this lifetime.

One of the shadows of Yellow Seed is acting as the unawakened seed, the sleeper who wants to remain protected and invulnerable. In this shadow you may think you are serving yourself through this illusion of safety and security. Yet if you maintain distance from the world of possibilities outside your shell, your new horizons are kept at a distance. Take a risk, and reveal all that you are! Beyond the confines of definitions and self-concepts and the security of everyday patterns, the excitement of unknown possibilities beckons.

Examine how protective limitations affect your natural growth. Such issues are reflected in phrases like, "My world works just the way it is"; "I can't do that"; "I'm just fine the way I am"; or "I feel too inadequate." The sae wall that is intended to create safety and security also builds a barrier that limits Spirit from creating new possibilities in your life.

One way to access the transformation offered in the shadow of Yellow Seed is to realize that the seeds - your dreams, desires, and destiny - lie waiting within you to be awakened. In accepting that you are the fertile ground, you feel the authentic safety and security within, and the outside world becomes ripe with new possibilities.


Red Serpent is your Compliment - something that comes naturally to you.

"I am the flint and tinder of the sacred fire," reads the meditation for Red Serpent. In the Great Mystery, flint and tinder represent the instinctive combustion that initiates movement in the physical body toward union with Spirit. When flint and tinder are brought together, the spark of divinity awakens and ignites the fire of your essence. Red Serpent invites the purifying spark of the sacred fire, the kundalini, to align and integrate your body, mind and spirit. Red Serpent can help you uncover apparent blockages in specific chakras to clear an align them. If you are working on a process of purification, invite Red Serpent to assist you.
Red Serpent's symbol is the serpent, representing healing and wholeness. This Mayan medicine can remove toxins, rejuvenate and transform dis-ease. Red Serpent is also known by the Maya as the kultanlilni, or kundalini, the energy that moves up from the base of the spine and out through the crown chakra. There are two aspects of this force, the ida and the pingala, representing its male and female polarities. One of the ancient secrets of Red Serpent is the activation of higher states of consciousness through balancing these two polarities so that they dance within us as one. Another metaphor for this serpent energy comes from the Mayan words luk umen tun ben can, or "those absorbed by the serpent of the sacred knowledge." When the seven chakras are fully activated, one experiences an enlightened state.

Red Serpent represents the basic structural apparatus of your motivations, instincts, desires, and your innate movement toward wholeness. Red Serpent asks you to shed the skin of your past and step into the fires of alchemical transmutation. In this, rebirth is revealed. This desire is an innate response encoded in the depths of your being.

With the energy of Red Serpent, you learn to use the innate intelligence of the body. In this culture you may have become separated from this wisdom. It works like this: when you suppress and ignore your issues, your body receives and retains the unconscious metaphors of that which is ignored. This may be expressed through physical symptoms that bring your unconscious issues to conscious awareness. When this happens, work toward a more conscious relatonship with your body - and work with the physical metaphors in order to heal yourself on all levels.

The body has a specific kind of consciousness through which messages are clearly delivered. In fact, the body itself is a living metaphor that mirrors your mind, emotions and spirit. However, the body also remembers all it has experienced, and consequently holds the consciousness of the past within it, including past wounds and traumas. In healing these, remember the innocence of your body. Treat it with love and respect. Open yourself to be aware of its messages and metaphors rather than storing them. Be willing to look at the positive intent beneath any symptoms or physical process your body is using to communicate. Explore whatever it may be asking you to see.

In this alignment process, you can use images or energies that come to you in meditation or dreams. Journey through your body to catalyze and explore any sensations, colors, shapes, or images. In these times we have a profound opportunity to transcend both our physical and our spiritual genetics. The body's integration provides an unparalleled opportunity for personal evolution. Learn to expand and utilize your senses to access your body's wisdom and vitality. Don't 'think' about it; simply allow your body to sense intuitively the solutions necessary for change and growth.

Red Serpent also represents the connection between powerful physical/ecstatic experiences and the light of higher consciousness. This is an initiation of awakening through the body and senses, rather than in negation of them. As Jose Arguelles says in The Mayan Factor, "Like the Maya, we shall understand that the path to the stars is through the senses." Within the body are held the keys to fully awakening our consciousness. This deeper understanding is expressed in tantric practices, where spirituality and sexuality are integrated and honoured as a means to enlightenment. Red Serpent represents the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Red Serpent is associated with the sacred tools of the drum and the rattle. Drums and rattles can break down old patterns or bring energy into alignment.


Your Tone is Tone 3 - Electric

Movement, change, flow, current, creativity, integration, sacred trinity.

Three is the ray of Rhythm, the galactic heartbeat of natural flow. This universal river offers you movement, and all possibilities flow within its pulse. Open yourself to its current of change!

The Electric Tone of 3 suggests that there is something you desire to change or integrate into the natural flow of your life. Become the 'third point of light,' created from the integration of polarity. Feel the pulse of the sacred trinity within you, revealing a new creation. Allow it to integrate that which has seemingly been lost, separated, or obscured from your sight.

If you have a tendency to be scattered in your creativity, make an extra effort to focus your energy. Align with your intention to express the truth. Now is the time for the Great Mystery to reveal itself through you. Know yourself as the capstone of light. Allow your creativity to express your spiritual journey.

We wish to speak with you in this section concerning the generation of ecstasy through focusing on the heart. We do not speak of the heart chakra in this instance, but rather we refer to the physical heart, the heart muscle itself.

This technique involves your focus, or attention, joined with the emotion of gratitude, or appreciation—which ever you prefer to use.

As soon as you focus your attention on the heart, you may notice a flow of subtle energy.

From our perspective, your focus of attention operates much like the central point of an energy vortex. This is especially true within your physical body and the field surrounding your body—your energy field—what the ancients called the aura.

Your ability to create a focus of attention is not just a cerebral, or brain, activity. It is an activity on many levels of consciousness. Wherever you place you attention within your body, or within the energy field of your body, there is an immediate flow of subtle energy to that point, or area, which has an enlivening effect upon the cells of your body, and/or the luminous light fibers that comprise your energy body.

Your focus, indeed, creates a warping effect at the subatomic levels, what you might call quantum field effects. These field-effects create distinct flows of energy, geometry and harmonics within you.

To alter the quantum field through the power of your focus is an important ability we urge you to master. Its applications are numerous, the cultivation of ecstasy being just one of them.

In this method, you use this ability to hold focus or attention, joined with the emotion of appreciation or gratitude. These two emotions have a coherent effect upon your energy field and upon the rhythmic magnetic emanations of your physical heart. This combination of focus and coherent emotion can be used to generate high states of ecstasy.

As we have said previously, the generation of ecstatic states of consciousness is an important evolutionary catalyst. We strongly suggest that you learn to create states of ecstasy throughout your day.

We realize that, for many of you, your daily life may not be conducive to the cultivation of such states, but we urge you to find times throughout your day where you can practice attaining these states for at least a few minutes at a time. A little bit of time spent in ecstasy is better than no time at all.

This practice will set up a harmonic or a relationship with the Earth, as a conscious living being, and with the harmonic waves of catalytic evolution that are flowing through your galaxy.

In this technique you focus your attention on the physical heart. As you focus your attention on this area, you generate the feeling of appreciation or gratitude. It is not the thought of appreciation or gratitude—but rather the emotion. In this method, thought will not activate the subtle energies needed to generate ecstasy—only feeling is capable of activating the energy vortices within you.

As you focus on the physical heart and generate the feeling of appreciation, or gratitude, a waveform of energy begins to flow throughout the body—carried by the magnetic fields of the heart, which emanate outward from the physical heart to encompass your entire body. As the flow of energy begins throughout the body, there is a spontaneous arising of ecstasy—cellular ecstasy.

Experiment with this technique. Sense what happens in your body as you focus upon your heart and generate these feelings of appreciation and gratitude. Physically feel what seems to be happening at the cellular level as the one trillion (or so) cells of your body receive this coherent energy of gratitude or appreciation.

Once you have established the ability to create ecstasy as described above, and once you are able to generate ecstasy whenever you desire it—at will—begin to experiment with your energy field—what some call the subtle energy body.

In working with this method your attention is, again, on the heart, generating feelings of appreciation and gratitude. And as you sense ecstasy beginning to arise in your body, you shift your attention to the field around your body. This field of energy looks very much like a luminous egg when viewed clairvoyantly. The wide part of this luminous egg shape is up around the shoulders and the more narrow part is around the feet. There is a central line or axis that runs through the center of this field, and it happens to also run through the center of your physical body—through the top of the head and down through the perineum. This line is the central axis of the magnetic field that comprises the subtle energy body. This body, or field, extends above the head and below the feet a few inches, to a several feet, or even yards. In certain highly charged energy states, the axis and subtle energy body can expand much farther than that.

By shifting your attention to this central axis and to the field surrounding your body, you allow the ecstasy to move out from the physical body into the field. This is very positive and creates powerful harmonic patterns that bring you into resonance with the waveforms of accelerated evolution that are flowing through your galaxy.

Do not underestimate the powers of this technique. Though it is very simple, it is profound and effective. It will bring you into a higher state of resonance and vibration. And this is, from our perspective, crucial in order to pass through the energetic portals and transformational energies that your Earth is now experiencing and will continue to experience.

There are things we would like to say to you about your nature and your destiny, but they would, most likely, not be understood by you unless you are, at the very least, in a state of ecstasy.

This is because the reference point for consciousness is established not only by belief, but also by one’s emotional harmonics. And without you being in a state of ecstasy, it would be like trying to describe a sunrise to a blind person who does not have the ability to directly perceive what you are talking about. To such a person it would be a make-believe world you are describing. But if suddenly this person could see, he or she could sense the sun directly and verify that your description of the world was accurate. And what was once deemed to be in the realm of myth will now be seen as real.

And so we leave you in this moment with what may seem like a myth, but which we hold as self-evident. You are creator beings in the midst of creating your future and the future of generations yet to come. You hold within your heart a key to the Mystery of Mysteries. And the threshold, the opening into this mystery is through your capacity to enter ecstasy. Be bold and find your path, your way of living upward into this elevated state of being. Do know, however, the ecstasy is not the end of the way. It is simply the beginning.

Try the method we have laid out for you here. Experiment with the methods we have given earlier and that we will give in the near future. Enter ecstasy whenever you can. Know that when do so, you enter into communion with all the elevated beings and masters who have served and who are serving humanity. Know that when you do so, you enter into communion with your Self.

Ecstatic States and the
Evolution of Higher Consciousness

Ecstatic states of consciousness are an evolutionary agent that you would do well to take advantage of. These states of consciousness can radically shift the harmonics of your consciousness into higher octaves. Living from such an expanded state allows you to be more resourceful and intelligent as you confront the collapse of your old world and ride the wave, so to speak, into the new world that is not yet fully born. This evolutionary feat is accomplished through the vortex mechanics of your own bodily organism: through the vortex of that which you call DNA, the harmonics of your physical heart rhythm, and the untapped potential of your brain.

The attainment of ecstatic states is an inherent aspect of your nervous system and cellular identity, but it has been cloaked, concealed and suppressed by your terrestrial religions and philosophies, not to mention your way of living.

Fear and ecstasy do not mix very well. And a quick glance at your planetary mindset reveals that fear and paranoia are the demigods of your consciousness.

So the first step, as we see it, is to recognize that ecstatic states are not only a possibility, but your response-ability. It is also crucial to clear away the misconceptions and misinformation regarding ecstasy.

Who benefits by perpetuating fear upon your planet? Trace out the history! Become aware of the manipulation. Freedom comes first from knowledge and then action. The act of creating ecstatic states is fundamentally an individual act, however it can also emerge from an interaction with another being who is open to such states. The act of what you call romantic love is the turning on of the generator called eros or sensual sexual multi-dimensional polymorphous awareness. When you touch and are touched by such a person, where permission has been granted between the two of you to reach ecstasy, it is as easy as breathing. The cellular knowledge within you knows exactly what to do and how to do it, unless there are mental and emotional inhibitors. So the act of attaining sexual ecstasy is self-revealing in the act of touch and intimacy, but the cultivation of ecstasy by one’s self, without another, may need some learning, not because it is intrinsically difficult, but because it has been so discouraged and misunderstood. And so we wish to offer a few suggestions in this area.

Our first suggestion has to do with training your consciousness to enter ecstatic states at will. From our perspective ecstatic states are a necessary evolutionary catalyst and doubly crucial in this time of rapid change you are undergoing. By entering these states of mind and feeling, you raise your own harmonics, and it is your personal harmonics that will determine where you nest within the harmonics of this Earth and, of course, other dimensions of consciousness outside and beyond your Earth experience.

Specifically, your ability to enter ecstatic states, at will, allows you to tap into your own interdimensional polymorphic awareness, which is directly related to the awareness of the conscious being that is your Earth. By entering into these states of mind and feeling, you become a resonator for the information available to you from the Earth, in terms of your survival, i.e. what to do and when to do it. These states of mind also create a resonator for you to gain access to your own spiritual nature, that part of you which is both nested in the Earth and beyond the Earth.

So ecstasy is a bridge between the worlds—between the world of your Earthly embodiment and the orgasmic wave mechanics of your cellular identity and the transcendent self, which lies beyond all phenomena. Your ability to navigate through the multi-dimensional changes of your Earth will allow you to avoid catastrophe and find a place of safe haven, whether it be far away from where you are now or across the room. This ability to place yourself in the right place in order to keep your spirit and body intact is greatly enhanced by the cultivation of ecstatic states. We belabor this point because your culture does not value ecstasy; it only values productivity, and ecstasy seems to be a waste of time. But we say to you that ecstasy may be the only thing that buys you more time as the wave of consciousness of which we have spoken earlier passes through your galaxy, solar system, planet, and even the atomic particles that make up your very bodies. Indeed this movement, or wave of consciousness, is moving much like a tsunami, and ecstasy will be the only thing you have to hold onto. So we suggest you learn how to create it.

We will discuss several ways to create ecstasy, for individuals are different and some ways will be more efficient than others. We suggest you try all of the methods we suggest to determine which ones work best for you, and then go about the task of learning how to create it in yourself in an instant’s notice, in the twinkle of an eye, so to speak. And we strongly suggest that you rest in, nest in, and luxuriate in the interdimensional polymorphic sensual bliss of the cosmos.


First Method of Reaching Bliss
The Central Axis


There is an energy axis running from the perineum to the top of the head, to the crown chakra. This is the central line of many geometries and subtle bodies you possess. In this method for creating ecstasy, however, we do not deal with your other bodies or geometries, but only with this axis.

Practice moving your awareness from the perineum up through the center of your body to the crown and then move it back down. Practice this simple movement until it is very clear to you that your focal point of awareness can literally move up and down this axis. Then, with your awareness resting at the perineum, recall something that brought you pleasure. This is the base point. Then move your awareness up the axis, slowly, up to the top of the head. As you do this, intensify your feelings of pleasure, so that as your awareness moves closer to the crown, your feeling of pleasure increases, so much so that as you near the crown of your head, your pleasure turns into bliss. Bliss is maximum pleasure. Imagine that there is a flower at the top of your head, of some kind, that opens when you bring your awareness to the crown of the head. As the flower opens, bliss becomes ecstasy. Ecstasy is maximum bliss. Rest in this feeling of ecstasy for as long as you wish and then slowly bring the awareness back down from the crown down towards the perineum. This is the first method.

We will give other methods in future communications. But we wish to reinforce what we said earlier regarding the reasons why you would do well to cultivate ecstatic states.

Being in ecstasy places you in a vibrational field of consciousness that is beyond the technology of manipulation that is being used on your Earth at this time. It gives you access to Earth knowledge, the impulse of correct action in relationship to the conscious being that is your Earth. This has many practical benefits, your physical survival being one of them. And finally, ecstatic states of consciousness raise you into a vibrational field that will allow you to ride the wave of energy that is entering your solar system and be elevated by it, as opposed to being destroyed by it. The response-ability to do this, or not, is in your hands and none others’.

Earth Offering

It is completely voluntary, that you do this. However we strongly suggest you offer your ecstasy to the Earth when you have finished with the exercise above. This is because the Earth receives many types of energies. Ecstasy is highly conducive to it, to its wellbeing, and the sustaining of the eco-system. So, by offering your ecstasy to the Earth, you give it something that is highly beneficial, and the side effect is that you will introduce positive influences into your local environment. Indeed if you were to gather many people to do this, you would find interesting responses in the local environment, indicating positive influence. The offering is quite simple.

After you have generated ecstasy at the crown and you bring your awareness down the central axis toward the perineum, you consciously bring the energy of ecstasy back down with you to the perineum. And then you send this energy of ecstasy down through your legs and your feet, down into the Earth. As you exhale, you send this ecstasy deep into the Earth. For those who prefer to send it through the axis, know that the axis extends from the perineum straight into the Earth, and you can, if you wish, send the ecstasy to the Earth through this line. The Earth will receive this energy of ecstasy and welcome it. And as we have said, it has many beneficial influences upon your local environment.

We wish to be clear that even though areas of the Earth may be in tumult, other areas will not. There is no area of the Earth that will not be challenged, but some challenges will be less challenged than others. You can positively influence your part of the Earth by introducing these seeds of ecstasy into the terra firma where you put your feet. It is that simple, though the mechanics are very complex.

In the United States there was a man named Johnny Appleseed, who planted apple seeds wherever he went. These trees grew and bore fruit, and travelers ate the fruit on their journeys across the continent. Think of yourself in this way if inspires you. Plant seeds of ecstasy wherever you walk. They will bear fruit and sustain those, like yourself, riding the waves of change into your collective future.

Earth Changes & Holons

The vortex mechanics of your planet and solar system are speeding up, and as a result, time as you know it, is morphing. At the same time, there are developments and changes on Earth, and also in other sectors, that are affecting your destiny and the choices you will need to make.

These changes are occurring at such a rapid rate it is not possible to keep current with them in the old way. We are therefore instituting a system of planetary updates, which will appear regularly on this web site. We cannot say with what frequency or in what pattern they will appear. So we suggest you check this web site regularly if you are interested in such matters. As we conceive of this in the moment, we plan to address specific developments, as well as inner technologies that you may utilize to ride the waves.

The Holon

We gave this information in several workshops, but now feel it is timely to bring it to all who are interested. Holons are specific geometric shapes that are third dimensional in nature and affect consciousness in specific ways. By consciousness, please understand that we do not mean simply your mind, as you understand it, but all aspects of the self, including bodily intelligence, i.e. DNA.

Holons are created in the realm of your mind or imagination, but they compel energy to flow in distinct ways. Given the increasingly disturbing forces upon your earth, we wish to give you simple instruction for two holons.

The first has to do with stabilizing your internal energy, especially your emotions, when you experience volatile events, either directly around you or in the biosphere, for you will find that events taking place in other areas of the world will have increasingly stronger effects than before. This has to do with the increase of perceived interconnectedness. Whether you like it or not, it is becoming more clear that you are one planetary family, indeed we would go so far as to say, you are one planetary body. Thus, catastrophic events elsewhere will affect you more directly, depending upon your level of awareness, sensitivity, and type of boundaries.

We would say that the highest form of riding these waves of change is not through resistance or isolation, for these actually create greater levels of fatique. It is rather allowing the energies of change to move around you and through you without attachment to your old pictures or ideas of how they should be. As we mention, the first holon is for the purposes of stabilizing your energy. The second holon we wish to instruct you in strengthens the immune system.

The First Holon
Stabilization

This is based upon a specific platonic solid known as the octahedron. The octahedron consists of two square-based pyramids connected at the base with one pyramid pointing down and the other pyramid pointing up. They are exact mirror images of each other. This specific three-dimensional geometry occurs naturally in nature, especially in the forms of some crystals, atomic and molecular bonds. It is, by nature, a very stable shape. It is, esoterically speaking, the meeting and balancing of male and female polarity, heaven and earth.

In order to create this holon, you sense or imagine a line that goes through the top of the head down through the center of the body, down through the perineum past the feet. The central line is the axis of the octahedron.

You sense or imagine the base of the pyramids at the level of your waist, so that the upper part of your body is inside the upper pyramid and the lower pyramid surrounds the lower part of your body. It does not matter how large you make the pyramid, so long as your whole body is inside it. It does not matter how you orient the corners. As you imagine yourself inside this octahedron, imagine feelings of safety and comfort. Practice holding the geometry of the octahedron in your imagination as you recall the feelings of safety and comfort. Practice this daily if you wish to master it. Create the holon, add the feelings of safety and comfort and then intensify them. Do this until just imagining the holon brings the feelings. Then you will find that you can create the holon whenever you wish, and it will impart to you these feelings of comfort and safety, and by it’s own nature, the holon will compel the subtle energies within you to reach toward a state of balance.

In future communications we will offer specific suggestions on how to ride the waves of change. This first holon is best conceived of as “a kind of life saver.” It is not the most powerful or elegant way of moving through the changes that are coming your way, but it can be very helpful, especially for those who have not learned yet how to shift into the interdimensionality of their being.

The Second Holon
Immunity

Due to the destruction of your eco-system and other repercussions of the misuse of your technology, bacteria and viruses are mutating at a record rate, and new forms are appearing. This holon has a powerful effect upon your immune system. It is not meant to be a substitution for taking care of yourself, but it is an adjunct; and if you find yourself getting ill, this holon can be of great benefit.

Essentially it is a cylinder that runs around you, from just above your head to just below your feet. At the top of the cylinder the shape bends forward like a banana, facing to the front. At the bottom of the cylinder the shape moves in the opposite direction from the top. So if you were to look at it from the side it would look very much like a banana that had been twisted around. Some call it the dolphin holon. You sense this shape around your body, holding the impression that it is a silver color, very much like a silver mylar balloon. This silver color does not need to be seen, but only needs to be imagined. It is specifically related to the anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties of colloidal silver. Sense this holon around you, and when your mind wanders, bring it back to the sense of the holon. This specific geometry causes the subtle energies within you to be calmed, and at the same time energized in a specific way that strengthens the immune system. We suggest you add this to your “first aid kit”, so to speak.

We wish to leave you in this moment with these final thoughts: As the chaos upon your earth increases, do not be distressed. This is a natural process of shifting from one dimension into another. Spiritual mastery is the ability to deal with new situations in creative ways. Anything less than this is of no benefit. You must find new ways to deal with your life and what is happening in the world around you.

The choices you make will determine your destiny. It is really that simple. As many around you spiral into despair and confusion, a strange opportunity opens. It is possible to ride the waves of change through the upcoming volatile periods of chaos with humor, grace and extraordinary growth. The power to do this does not come from the outside. It comes from the inside, but like a miner searching for gold you have to go digging. To find the treasure that will make you rich, in terms of spiritual qualities and an increased likelihood of surviving these times, requires searching on your part, not outside yourself, but inside yourself, for you already have what you need. The suggestions we will make in the coming months are simply helpful hints for you to solve the riddle that is you, and hopefully, one day soon, if you are not already howling with laughter, you will get the cosmic joke, and with a squeal of delight you will awaken from your slumber, step out of this dream, and into a new one, or better yet, wake up altogether.

A Message for the Life-Sustainers

We have been besieged by an unprecedented number of requests from many people for my take on the recent earthquake/tsunami disaster in Asia. Quite frankly, I find such requests a bit unnerving—as if someone might be giving my thoughts more credence than they deserve. In any event, I went into meditation a few days ago to sense what might be in the ethers, so to speak, and in that process I asked the Hathors (who are interdimensional beings I have been working with since the early nineties), what they thought. They told me to go back and read something they had given me seven months earlier. When I did, I was stunned.

The message below is what they gave me last June (2004). It addresses a wide range of issues, including future Earth changes. At the time I found it too disturbing to release to the public. The last thing I wanted to do was add to the New Age glut of Earth prophecies, dooms day scenarios and general millennium madness. I decided, for better or worse, to wait it out, and see if any of what they foresaw actually took place.

Now, as I sit in the pouring rain at Kealakekua Bay in Hawaii, several days after the earthquake and tsunamis in Asia, I am sobered by what the Hathors told me back in June. Given the nature of their message, I wanted to talk about it a little in order to give it a broader context.

For those of you who don’t know who the Hathors are, and would like a little more info, you can hop up onto the web and do a search for Hathors (not to be confused with the Egyptian fertility goddess, Hator—though they are related)*. There are many people now working with the Hathors in one way or another. For the record, I work with thirteen mentors out of an intergalactic/interdimensional civilization of several million (if you accept that mythos).

What I am trying to say here is that this viewpoint is one small cross section of a culture. To say that this message is a message from “The” Hathors, is like saying that a message is from The Hopi. There is no “The Hopi”. There are many individuals making up the Hopi and thus many diverse opinions as to what should, or should not be done. Just look at the recent history of the US government bringing water pipes into the pueblos and you will see what I am talking about. Some Hopi were for the pipes, while others were not—fearing the enslavement of water bills and taxes.

My point is that there is almost always a plethora of opinions, and the Hathors are no different. In this instance, however, at least as far as I can tell, the thoughts expressed by my Group are the consensus opinion of the vast majority of the Hathor culture. There are differing opinions as to the timeline, since—as they have told me repeatedly—the future is not a predetermined certainty but rather a multi-dimensional set of probabilities and possibilities.

I will say this again because I think it is vital to understand in our current situation:

The message, below, addresses several areas of concern, most notably climatic and Earth changes, but their take, as in so many things, is quite unique. Essentially they are saying that we are in a very dangerous passage in regard to our physical survival, and that, seemingly unknown to us, we collectively hold a key to our survival—if we will only use it.

The key to which they refer is the act of living in ever-increasing levels of appreciation. They have commented on this to me on numerous occasions. The quasi-science on this (meaning this view is theoretical as opposed to being generally accepted by mainstream science) is that our DNA responds to our emotional state (our feelings) and then emits light and energy-patterns
that affect matter. In other words, our DNA somehow affects our external reality through a process of vortex mechanics. I am not going to try to describe this here because most people aren’t interested. You can find research reports on this type of thing by doing an internet search on—DNA and consciousness. Especially check out the work of The Heart Math Institute.

In my own personal experiments with appreciation, I have found that when it is experienced for longer than a few minutes, it often produces a hypnotic-type feeling of bliss, which I equate to an increase in endorphins. At the very least, I think most of us would benefit from regular periods of appreciation/bliss in the course of our day-to-day lives.

The challenge for many persons is how to feel appreciation when there is seemingly no reason for it. I have actually addressed this question in a previous letter, when the Hathors gave a message on the importance of this emotion, about a year ago.

I think we are facing a collective and global intelligence test. If we fail to wake up in time to our power as creator-gods, taking both action and responsibility, knowing that our consciousness affects external events, we will pass into oblivion—much like the dinosaurs of old and integrity in government. We are in a time of immense chaos and transformation. Interestingly, the Chinese word for transformation consists of two ideograms—both danger and opportunity. Unquestionably, we live in dangerous times. I don’t think anyone would deny that. And the evolutionary task, I think, is for each of us to find the
opportunities and take the actions to transform ourselves even in the midst of life’s increasing dangers. It would be far easier to contract into ourselves and re-treat from the world, but I think that would be a grave mistake—literally.

To make things ever more daunting, we are living in the midst of a dying world, both literally and figuratively. Just read the latest scientific reports on the condition of the ecosystem, including the melting of the polar ice caps, and it becomes crystal clear what dire shape things are in. But the death of our world also includes the collapse of our modern ways of living because, quite frankly, they are unsustainable. It hurts both the Earth and its inhabitants.

So what will the new world look like on the other side of this metaphorical (or perhaps literal) death? I don’t think anyone really knows for sure.

What the Hathors say is that we collectively hold a key to our own survival and destiny.

The question is whether we will wake up in time to use it.

Final Thoughts on Pragmatism

I am a practical person and I don’t usually go for things that are too-pie-in-the-sky, so when the Hathors’ suggested that appreciation is the key for changing destiny, I hesitated.

I mean how many of us will it take living in appreciation to tip the gyroscopic balance of our destiny in favor of our collective survival? And just how many hours a day does it require to be in appreciation to be effective?

To be honest, I can’t sustain a continual state of this emotion for more than a few hours. Something always comes along to blow it. So I find myself having to regroup my mental carnival from time to time in order to re-enter the appreciative state. But when I do, it is well worth the effort. And that may be the main reason for this mental/emotional discipline—it increases wellbeing.

I don’t really know if we can tip the collective scale. I don’t mean to be a pessimist, but it is in my nature. Actually I am a strange bird, an odd mix of optimist and fatalist. I usually reside somewhere in the middle, though something can send me flying to one side or the other, like the pendulum on an old grandfather clock. But usually I just hang somewhere midway between up and down. I am the kind of guy who, when he sees a glass of water, sees it neither half full, nor half empty. It simply is.

And that’s how I see things currently in the world—it just is. Yes, I know that last sentence was technically a grammatical error. I say this for the benefit of those grammarian souls who live just for the opportunity to pounce upon a misplaced participle or whatever. Sometimes we need to abandon the rules in order to make a point. And quite frankly, I think that freedom of expression should take precedence over rules and grammarian dogma—when it is needed. In a similar vein, I think we will collectively need to abandon some of the rules we have been given on how to live a life—like not making waves and
pretending that everything is alright and that we can continue to live like we are used to. If we don’t change how we are living on this planet (both in terms of outer action and inner feelings) I suspect that soon we will not have a life worth living.

So what is this isness of our world right now? Chaos. No doubt about it. Things are up in the air all over the place, and life is becoming increasingly surreal as we move closer to that mythic, often hyped, Mayan end-of-the-world-as-we-knew-it party (2012 or thereabouts, though some people are quibbling over the actual date and what it means).

On a bad day (when fatalism reigns supreme in my inner kingdom) I look at the world and wonder, what the—to use a grand old word from the King’s English—f__k is going on. I mean can we humans really be that stupid? Well, evidently yes. And on these glum days I see little hope for any movement up the evolutionary ladder. In fact, when I see the rampant stupidity going on around (and to be honest, sometimes inside) me, I think we will be forever set-back a grade and never graduate from Middle School—or is it Elementary?

Then on those wondrous optimistic days I look at the chaos of the world and know that chaos is actually a highly creative state. Anything can happen. Unpredictable miracles can and do occur (along with horrors, but that’s another story). The point is that we are in a highly volatile time and the course of events can change in a moment’s notice. I pray for this change of course every day, and in my optimistically flavored moments, I see reasons to hope that it shall be so.

But whatever the outcome, the show isn’t over. And it won’t be over—to use George Carlin’s politically correct turn of phrase—until the weight challenged lady sings!

I guess what I want to say personally here, to answer those people who have asked for my take on the current state of affairs—is to enjoy your life more. Find things to appreciate and practice senseless moments of appreciation just for the heck of it. It will help make you more creative, resourceful and intelligent and less of a stick-in-the-mud and evolutionary slacker. And who knows, maybe if enough of us try it, we just might tip the scales in favor of our survival as a species.

A Message for the Life Sustainers A Message from the Hathors through Tom Kenyon

You are at a pivotal point in the fulcrum of consciousness. Your earth is about to undergo
a purification the likes of which have not been seen for 26,000 years. The timelines of
this would have been sooner were it not for the intervention of beings in many realms and
the efforts of what you call light workers, which we view as “life sustainers.”

There is a highly catalytic energy coming from deep space, which is striking the Great
Central Sun (of your galaxy) and the Sun of your solar system. Your Sun is experiencing
immense changes in its magnetic field, and this is, in turn, affecting the magnetic field
of your Earth. This is altering many dynamic systems on your planet including, but not limited
to, the oceanic conveyer belt. This deep-space energy that is affecting both the Sun and
your Earth is essentially an energy of accelerating self-awareness and spiritual evolution.
The universe (or at least this part of it) is waking up to itself in new and different ways.
And this process of increased self-awareness is speeding things up, so to speak. It is important
to realize that what looks like a disturbance at one level of consciousness can be seen
as a catalyst at another level.

Whether life is allowed to continue on this planet or not, will be decided collectively
through a reaction to the choices you make as humanity. If the collective is able to receive
these energies from deep space and make an evolutionary and spiritual leap, the disturbance
of the electromagnetic fields, specifically the magnetic poles, will not affect the conveyer
belt the way that it is now. Think of yourself as living on a giant gyroscope. The slightest
movement of a gyroscope creates tremendous movement in the rings of the gyroscope, the stabilizing
rings. So the gyroscope of Earth is fluctuating, but this fluctuation can be expressed as
physical manifestation, or as elevations of consciousness. But if the collective consciousness
of this Earth does not elevate quick enough, then the gyroscope will simply transfer the
energy to the physical dimension, specifically the magnetic poles and the magnetic field,
which, in turn, affects the conveyer belt. If the conveyer stops, life, as you know it,
will become very difficult or end altogether, quickly. We would say to you that you are
very close to this point.

As to weather, expect increasingly turbulent storms of greater strength and amplitude.
We wish to convey to you a clear understanding that these storms are an out-picturing of
the violence, the misdirected energy, and the imbalance of human consciousness. If, somehow,
enough individual consciousnesses within the collective are able to elevate themselves into
the fifth or higher dimensions of consciousness, the energies from deep space will be integrated
through the process of elevation.

If, collectively, you are not able to attain this, these energies will affect the physical
aspect of Earth’s gyroscope, to use that metaphor. And life as you know it and have
experienced it will be very difficult due to climatic and Earth changes. You are about to
see a tremendous increase in geothermal activity, including volcanoes and earthquakes. You
are already seeing a tremendous increase in tornadoes and this will only escalate. The hurricanes
that will be coming in the next year and the years to follow will make previous hurricanes
seem like a gentle breeze.

So let us summarize the first idea we wish to convey. The impulse for increased consciousness
is flowing from deep space, striking your Sun, and affecting the subtle energies of your
earth. If humanity is able to rise to a level of spiritual mastery these affects will be
decreased, transmuted, and become a source for further elevation.

If humanity is not able to attain this, then the physical act of purification must take
place—simply because energy cannot be destroyed. We are not alarmists. This message
is not intended to create distress, but rather to create awareness of the need for taking
care of yourself and your loved ones in specific ways.

There are two areas of action we suggest. The first has to do with spiritual preparation
and the second has to do with physical survival. From the standpoint of yourselves as souls,
it is immaterial whether your present embodiment continues or not. Spiritual preparation
means to prepare for the possibility of your death through a recommitment to your life—to
living and choosing what is essential for ever-increasing experiences of appreciation and
joy. It sounds odd, but following your deepest sense of joy will lead you to be in the places
where you will most likely survive, should the Earth go into a period of purification.

Spiritual preparation also includes clearing away the obstructions between you and your
own psychic knowing, and being willing to move in an instant’s notice, and a willingness
to move even if those around you insist on remaining where they are. Should the Earth go
into its travail of purification, you must be prepared to follow your own inner knowing,
for that is the only compass you will have, both literally and figuratively. In terms of
physical survival, at the very least, you will need to obtain and store food and emergency
supplies, including water and warm clothing, even if you live currently in a mild to tropical
environment. Get to know your friends and neighbors, for it may require a level of cooperation
you are not used to, in order to physically survive the purification. Even if outright catastrophe
is averted, there will be a radical increase in aberrant weather and possible challenges
to food production.

Finally we would say to begin a discipline of connecting with your spiritual aspect, in
whatever ways you find most effective. You will want to strengthen these connections, for
if the Earth enters into travail, there will be much chaos and many voices from those in
distress and in confusion, and you will need to have access to your innermost self—to
the small silent voice within—to tell you where to go and what to do, and sometimes
that may mean going nowhere and doing nothing.

For those living within the US, know that you are being lied to, both politically and
economically. It is not our focus to discuss these issues facing you. Anyone interested
in such things can find the information. Let us just say that it is quite possible that
the US economy will falter within the next year or two. Simple logic and common sense are
your allies here. Preparing for a possible economic downturn means to become financially
self-reliant. Should this occur, you will find that life gets much simpler. For one who
has achieved a detachment from their monetary expectations, the devaluing of money will
be a difficulty, to be sure, but not an emotional and spiritual catastrophe.

Build your house upon solid ground, not the shifting sands. And in this case, the shifting
sands are your monetary system. The solid ground is your connection to your own God-Self,
to the spiritual dimensions where you dwell, even as you live on Earth.

Finally we wish to say to you that as difficult as the challenges are, you are still the
Masters of your destiny, although you slumber in forgetfulness. If you are to survive you
must awaken. In our world we have a ritualistic object. It is made of the finest gold that
has been culled from the ninth dimension. In this box there are three symbolic stones. We
refer to this box as the Ark of Humanity, as a symbol for that which will carry you (humanity)
into a new dimension.

The three stones represent the three within humanity. There are those who would rather
kill and die than awaken to the truth of themselves as Creator Gods. They remain asleep,
though dangerous, since they sleepwalk and appear to be like everyone else. These are the
people of the first stone.
The second stone represents those who do not wish to be bothered; do not wish to change
how they live life. They are not particularly violent, just numb.

The third stone represents those who are awakening and have awakened to themselves as
Creator Gods, understanding that they are responsible for their aspect of Creation and who
willingly accept the responsibility of living upward through joy and harmony in a world
so full of conflict.

The Ark of Humanity holds all three stones, and if the Ark of Humanity is to carry the
entire collective into the fifth dimension and beyond, it must carry all three stones. The
task for collective transmutation rests upon the shoulders of those of the third stone.
Even though you are late in the hour (so to speak), total catastrophe can be averted. Ironically
it has more to do with how the third stone of humanity chooses to live their life. If you
succumb to the emotions of fear and horror, the Ark of Humanity will not be carried into
the fifth dimension and beyond, because the purification will destroy most life on Earth.
If this occurs, you will simply find that you will return to the spiritual realm according
to the level of your development and spiritual attainment.

So we speak not to the first or second stones, for they cannot hear us; although their
eyes may see these words or their ears hear the words, they will not comprehend. This is
for those of you of the third stone. You know who you are. For you will have been electrified
by what you have just read.
We bow to you, the protectors and the guardians of the human spirit. We bow to you, sages
and masters, for your spiritual courage to have incarnated upon this Earth at this time.
Live more fully. Laugh more heartily. Forgive more completely. You are the Masters of your
destiny. Be Happy.

Truth and Lies in Global Politics
and the Push For Higher Evolution

And so it is that your Earth has entered another planetary phase of transformation.

What we wish to address in this time is the inter-dimensional aspect of what seems to be appearing in the surface consciousness of your global collective society.

What appears to be happening is only a shadow play from forces in the deeper levels of consciousness. There is an inter-dimensional battle, if you wish to use that metaphor, or struggle if you prefer something softer, between the forces that would liberate human consciousness to its next stage of higher evolution and those forces that wish to contain it.

You are at a collective evolutionary threshold and the pressures are building. These are being felt by individuals, by those in relationship, by all aspects of your society–and your global politics. The economic powers that control the global economy are manipulating the press and information systems on your planet to create fear. Fear is an ancient method of manipulating human consciousness. When a human is afraid, he or she operates from the reptilian circuitry of his/her brain. This results in less access to the higher brain centers, a decrease in reason, and an inability to see new options. The global economic powers have a vested interest in keeping you, and society in general, in a lower evolutionary state. Here it becomes very complex and to attempt a simplification is to enter very difficult waters, so to speak. But we will attempt to do just this because the hour is late.

At the monetary level of planetary power, those in control wish to remain in control. There is an understanding on their part that the information age is about to move the center of control out of their hands, and they are doing everything they can to stop it.

Some of those, but not all, in economic control of your planet are not who they seem to be. As preposterous as it may sound to some, this Earth is a crossing point for much galactic and intergalactic intelligence. What happens on your earth will determine many things, many future events and courses of action–not only in your galaxy, but in other galaxies and indeed other universes as well.

If you collectively pass through this threshold, having your human evolutionary freedom intact, you will accomplish great things as a race. If you are blocked from your evolutionary advancement by those in power and the religious, social and political structures of your society, your race will be imprisoned in a very real way. Not through bars, but through the closing of the doors of perception. Eventually you will free yourselves from this tyranny, but you have in this moment of time an opportunity to tilt the scales in favor of human freedom and to usher in an age of planetary peace and renaissance that you have never seen before.

And now, another level to the intrigue: the fundamental question from evolutionary perspectives is whether your planet will become a focus of cooperation and compassion or whether it will be a focus of tyranny and limitation.

Some of the intergalactic intelligences–how would we put this– interfering with the course of events on your Earth are interested in tyranny, from our perspective. They have something to gain through the imprisonment of the human consciousness and the human soul. Other galactic intelligences, like us, believe and hold the vision of a higher destiny for the human race. We are, by nature and by decree, unable to interfere in your affairs. We can only offer our perspective and our energies to assist you.

It is ironic to use a militaristic metaphor, but your greatest “weapon” against the forces of tyranny comes through the harmonic energies of your heart, specifically your open heart. The interference patterns of fear, as manipulated by those in power, are designed to keep you at a low evolutionary threshold. Positive feelings, such things that you call love, appreciation, compassion , bring you very rapidly to a higher evolutionary threshold. The more individuals who choose the higher emotional capabilities of the human nature, the less effective will be the interference of fear on your collective.

Our practical suggestion is this: learn to live in love, appreciation, and compassion for one another. Regardless of what you hear in the media, live it in your life from day to day as best you can, and learn to grow your life with these emotions as part of your chosen identity. This will have two effects, one personal and one collective. You will add to the collective atmosphere that will counterbalance the interference patterns of fear. The personal effect is a balancing effect on your emotional body that will bring you increased health and higher evolutionary advances, regardless of what happens to the collective.

We want to be very clear here. The path of the spiritual master requires that one take the higher pathway, even if the collective is moving downward. And whether you recognize yourself as a spiritual master or not, you are, at least from our perspective. For you have chosen embodiment at this extraordinary evolutionary moment. You are on the front lines. You are the ones who have the courage to be here. And we bow to you. Whether or not you are experiencing your life the way you wish it to be or not, is not the question. But that you are even alive in a body localized in time and space during these times of immense evolutionary pressure, these point to your mastery. For only a master would dare undertake such a task.

And understand that those who you might call tyrants are also masters. And in a very real way, what is happening on earth at this time is a confrontation between the masters of life (by life, we mean open-ended evolution) and the masters of death (by death, we mean close-ended evolution). The friction between those who live for and strive for the higher human destiny, and those who live for and strive for the limitation and the imprisonment of the human race–this friction, is an evolutionary agent.

It is important to understand this so that you do not demonize those who are attempting to imprison your spirit, for if you demonize them, then you have fallen into their hands; you have become their prey. From the higher dimensional aspects of consciousness, the apparent “evil” is an evolutionary stimulus, for in the world of duality in which you live when you have light there is darkness, shadow.

As each of you rises to a fuller expression of your spiritual mastery, you will find yourself able to be in the open-hearted harmonics of love, appreciation, and compassion, even unto these tyrants. And then you have won. Make no mistake about it, the human capacity to love, to cherish, is one of the most powerful forces in this universe.

We said to you earlier that this was very complex, and to add to the mix, here is another element. What you might call a wild card. This wild card is coming in the form of your children. There are several types of souls, you might say, who have incarnated and continue to incarnate onto this planet. There is something different about many of them. They carry their sensitivities past childhood, into young adulthood. Some of these children are highly evolutionarily advanced, while the bulk of them are not much further along then the collective.

Many of these children are demonstrating odd problems, an increase in attention deficit, learning disabilities. As usual, your society is looking in the wrong place for the answers; specifically they are looking into how they can make a buck off the situation. But the problem is actually the result of a disconnection from the earth, an energetic void-place that is a direct result of your religious and social attitudes toward your planet.

It is as if these children do not have the ground wire to their electrical systems. We are speaking metaphorically here. They are “acting out” the greater cultural discomfort and disconnection from Earth itself. Ironically, there will be a wave of interest on the part of many of the new generation in the cause of ecology, because they will sense in their soul wisdom what is missing: a reconnection to the Earth. And as these people mature, they will not tolerate the economic world power destroying their planet.

There is another wild card in the dealing so to speak. It has to do with Earth as well, but in a different harmonic. Some refer to this as “the return of the Cosmic Mother.” But we refer to is as the balancing of the sun and the moon–the sun being metaphorically the male fiery energy and it’s manifestation in the patriarchal society prevalent on the Earth at this time. Metaphorically, the moon is the feminine, receptive, and intuitive connection both to the Earth and the cosmos. There is an evolutionary shift taking place that will result in a balancing of these two aspects in a new way, and the Good Old Boys Club will eventually have fewer and fewer members.

These are simply some of the elements of a very complex evolutionary drama unfolding on your planet. You are the actors and the directors, but the script is many tens of thousands years old. Will life and evolutionary freedom reign upon the earth? Will you find your highest genetic destiny? Or will you be thwarted by those who choose to capitalize off your imprisonment?

To the individual these complexities may seem overwhelming, but we say to you that your greatest power is within you. It is a power that collectively can turn the evolutionary tide in your favor. But regardless of how the collective proceeds, it will raise you up to higher levels of illumination. This power is the power to love, to appreciate and to forgive. Make these a part of your daily life. We used the phrase earlier “grow your life” with these attitudes. Interesting to think of “growing a life,” but that is exactly what you do in every moment of every day; and even while you are sleeping and in dreamtime. You are continually creating and growing your life through your attitudes about it and yourself.

In the Hathor Temples, we sometimes hold an imaginary box. We imagine that it holds something precious and of extraordinary value. We say that it holds the future of the human race, and we try to imagine what this might be, but we cannot tell, not even our wisest ones know. Only you can know what this is. But you can’t know, with certainty, what it is either, for it is your future. And your future is not predetermined. It is a swirling mass of uncertainty and unimaginable possibilities until you make a choice and take a course of action. Then the forces of the cosmos align with you, as align with you they must, for you are nothing less than creator gods and goddesses. Know that you are creating your future now, both individually and collectively. We beseech you to step into your roles as spiritual masters and make the choice to move upward through the evolutionary threshold. We beseech you to make this choice regardless of how the collective chooses to move. There are enough of you on this planet to tip the scales. A wondrous world of new possibilities awaits you.

The Lemurian symbol for Scorpio was a winged creature, part bird and part serpent, lifting Phoenix-like from a nest of flames. This was the Gheza, the mythic being involved both in the illusion of form and in the process of transformation simultaneously. This creature was to represent the intrinsic role of matter when thrust into the realm of form.

The ancients of Lemuria and Atlantis knew the Zodiacal sign of Scorpio to be the gate or door of the spiritual temple. It offered the incarnate soul entrance into the place of greater mystery. Around the temple of this greater mystery was the labyrinth courtyard, the field of lesser mysteries. But once a candidate entered through the gate of Scorpio they entered the Grand Way, the realm of true manifestation within Divine Law. The candidate then became the true initiate, and began to 'know' that which previously they could only sense and contemplate.

The cry of Scorpio to the ancients was 'feed me, for I feed the flame!" It was a sign representing the insatiable hunger of the soul to absolve the bonds of form and embrace the eternal formless self; to merge with the universe in the bliss of divine reunion. It is through the gateway of Scorpio, aided by the Lords of Form, that humanity will come to its final conclusion in the Old Earth and move through the door of the temple into the Grand Way of the New Earth Star. When the earth is under the Zodiacal influence of Scorpio the Zodiacal threshold which emanates through that sign into the earth triggers a series of celestial programs of return, facilitating the earth in "dropping the frame" as the ancients used to say. This allows the earth to move into a new and more etherealized formation. In time, this will result in the earth's ascension into the New Earth Star.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we gather with you upon this day as we hold you firmly within the heart of Christ and securely upon the hands of God.

Beloved Ones, the sacred activation and initiation taking place today is one that serves to align you on yet another level with your 5th dimensional consciousness and in so doing, aligning you with your crystalline consciousness as well as your crystal body. The heart chakra is certainly one of the most vulnerable chakras that humanity works with on a daily basis. Most people relate to the heart chakra easier than any other one as far as understanding wounds are concerned.

Your journey into the 5th dimension will assist you in better understanding the heart of whatever matters most to you. You will also be supported in understanding what the matters of your heart truly are and in service, you as a group will serve humanity in this manner as well. You may find amongst the other responsibilities you have taken on that people with heart related issues may manifest more frequently in your space, or you may find people whom you have known for a long time suddenly begin to speak to you or confide in you regarding the matters of their heart.

Children are also part of this. Many children have incarnated into this new age with heart related issues that need to be healed. These have manifested in the form of asthma for many of them. The heart chakra not only deals with emotions, positive and negative, but also with how much space you give yourself. Do you have room to breathe? Do you have space to feel? When one feels stifled either by their belief systems or the belief systems of others, and we are not limiting this to spiritual beliefs, beliefs around money, beliefs regarding achievement, many children manifest asthma as a result of feeling pressure regarding expectations placed upon them either by parents or teachers, and they feel they do not have the space or the room to explore, be and live their truth. There is no room to breathe. Some children also manifest this as a result of either one or both of the parents stifling them in the sense of not giving the child the opportunity to make choices. Something as simple as not given the power to choose their own set of clothing to wear for the day can manifest in something as drastic as asthma. Some parents will not even give their children the space to choose for themselves what they would like to eat, what (age appropriate) material they can or cannot read. So, this is obviously the extreme. Adults who suffer from asthma can have a look and see where it was in their life that they felt that the suffocation ((s)mothering) had become too much, literally gasping for air, gasping to find space to be themselves. Where one is not living one's personal truth, one generally does not have space to be and feel themselves.

Other manifestations of problems within the heart chakra area is breast cancer which both men and women experience. Men too have breasts. The only difference is that they do not have the female hormone, which causes the breasts to grow, but breasts they do have and cancer can manifest in them as well. One of the main causes for women manifesting breast cancer is resentment, anger and bitterness at not feeling she has the space to be herself. Women who have felt extreme anger and bitterness as a result of having to sacrifice their dreams, their hopes, their wishes, anger at not feeling nurtured enough, or supported in the process of nurturing their own dreams and having their own needs met. The left breast - past, inner self, and all female related issues, and the right breast - future, external world, all male related issues would also give a deeper understanding as to where exactly the anger is coming from and what or who it was aimed at.

So, Beloved Ones, how much space do you give yourself to breathe? How much space do you give yourself to feel? How much time do you take to nurture yourself, to address the matters of your heart in order to understand what your true needs are so that they can be met in your physical world? Now, generally much of what is held within the heart chakra, impacts on the reality manifested in one's life because the head and the heart influence one another. The throat is the bridge between the head and the heart and if you do not know what your true needs are and what you feel, you will not be able to express them in their truth and negative thinking as a result of negative belief systems manifest in negative expression, so what you believe is what you create in your world. It is vital that you empower yourself to the degree that you are following what you believe to be your truth. Forget about spiritual belief systems for now. Look at your belief systems regarding money. Address your belief systems regarding relationships, your belief systems regarding success. These three areas will give you an immense amount of insight regarding your investment in either, and more than likely all of the following: poverty consciousness, victim consciousness, conditional love and lust consciousness. Let us remind you that lust consciousness is not limited to base sexual acts, it includes the lust for revenge, the lust for power, greed, even the "lustful" addictions to your limitations - these all fall into lust consciousness, and very often the inner child has lust for revenge, and this is usually the manipulative aspect of one's inner child self. How many of you have experienced a child or even an adult reacting to a situation in a vengeful way? This is often seen as an eye for an eye consciousness. This will also come to a point of release. These are all the things, Beloved Ones, you need to understand about yourself. If you do not know yourself, it is impossible to know any other human. By understanding your psychology you understand how you influence your physiology. The tools you manifest as a result of getting to know your psychology become tools of wisdom that you can assist others with as they experience the journey of self-discovery. "Man know thyself", is one of the most important words ever spoken to humanity.

Now, for you as a group (and those of you reading this), you will see that what we have spoken to you about this morning will be a part of what you go through and experience in order to serve humanity. Because your initiation today with Master Jesus is also bringing you into a space where people will challenge your belief systems, and if you are not sure about your belief systems, you will not be able to stand in your truth. Now we are not speaking of serious sword-fighting challenging of belief systems! (laughter) You may have someone ask you a simple question like: "Why do you believe that?" "What makes you think that?" or "How do you know?" Those are simple questions but can challenge one quite deeply if one does not know why one actually believes a certain thing. Have you simply followed another person's truth and accepted it as your own, or do you know what the qualities are within that truth that motivate you to apply them in your life and to believe them? So, ask yourself those simple questions, Beloved Ones.

Remember, not just spiritually, but every other aspect of your life. The reason why we say this as well, is because more and more people are realizing that what they were taught as children is in actual fact a big fat lie! Not because it was deliberately done by whomever it was that projected the belief system onto them, but that is what they believed to be truth at that time. So this is not said in criticism or judgment, but now you have the opportunity to truly discern what the truth is. So what you condition your children with and what you project out into your environment and to friends and to family at least holds many levels of truth besides just what you have been told to believe. You have been convinced that the grass is green and that green is green but why is green, green? Who said it was green? You understand? Who is going to go find out who said green was green? We are teasing you, we know you have much better things to do with your lives but this is just an example, a very mind-boggling example!

Now Beloved Ones, let us go on, Master Jesus is waiting so please make yourself comfortable in your seats. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale allow all the chakras of your body to become balanced and perfectly aligned with your cosmic light. On your next in-breath visualize the 3-dimensional Star of David manifesting around you acknowledging that this is your star tetrahedron merkaba vehicle, your body of light, in which you travel through dimensions, through solar systems, galaxies and universes. (pause) On the next in-breath draw in a powerful tube of white light in through your crown chakra, move it all the way down through all your chakras and as you breathe out, draw in a ruby red light from Mother Earth, filling, aligning and energizing your body. (pause) Each one of you has a pranic tube. This pranic tube's size in diameter is the same size as your pointing finger and your thumb held together in a circular formation. Now visualize a tube in this diameter extending along your spine up just beyond your crown and just below your feet. (pause) It is filled with a beautiful blue crystal light. This pranic tube is filled with light for it was an energy that you breathed before you learned to breathe through your nose and mouth. Now on the next in-breath breathe in from the centre of the universe through your pranic tube, draw in the energy all the way down your spine, and as you breathe out, breathe in energy from Mother Earth up your pranic tube and up your spine, extending out beyond your crown chakra. (pause) Do this a few times and set the intention that with every breath that you take in each day you learn how to breathe through your pranic tube as well. We suggest that you practice this daily. Breathing life force in, expanding your energy field as you breathe out. (pause)

Now find your own comfortable deep rhythm of breathing and using your imagination find yourself in your sacred garden, that exquisite place of utter beauty, peace and tranquillity that your inner child journeys to for healing, for nurturance and to communicate with and interact with its Guides. (pause) Take a look around you at the beauty and magnificence surrounding you. Breathe in the pure, fresh, clear air. Imagine every pore of your body breathing this pure fresh air in as well and it filters into your body, into your organs, into your bloodstream and into every cell of your body, bringing balance, healing and clearing. (pause) Now before your enter the gardens of Shamballa Lord Arcturus manifests in this garden and he offers you the opportunity to experience any physical healing on your body or within your body that you require. (pause) The Arcturians are highly adept in the healing field – physically, therefore if there is any physical healing that you require on your body or in your body please discuss this with Lord Arcturus now. (pause)

I want you to breathe in deeply and slowly through your mouth, exhaling fully. When you stop breathing, energy stops moving through your body.

When you are finished with Lord Arcturus you will see a pathway beneath your feet. Follow it to the great big magnificent golden gates where the guardians of Shamballa are awaiting you – two magnificent dragons. Greet them when you arrive and ask their permission to enter into the sacred world of Shamballa. When permission is granted the gates will automatically open and you can step through them. (pause) Now continue following the path beneath your feet into the world of Shamballa. As you are walking along you become aware of a brilliant light making its way toward you. And as this light draws closer you recognize it to be the Beloved Master Jesus who greets you with great joy and welcomes you into the world of Shamballa. Master Jesus takes you by the hand and asks you to walk with Him to the Emerald Temple. When you reach the Temple Master Jesus will leave you standing outside. He will enter and make His way to the centre of the Temple. (pause)

When you are ready ask permission from the energy, consciousness and presence of the Emerald Temple to enter into your body, so as to receive your initiation into the 5th dimension. If permission is granted the doors will open. (pause) Make your way into the centre of the Temple and stand before Master Jesus. Master Jesus welcomes you once more and at this point you need to personally invoke the presence into the Temple, of all your healing Angels, calling to the Temple your Master Guides and Master Teachers. (pause) Invoke into the Temple any Beings of Light whom you personally work with and whom you would like to be present. (pause) Invoke the presence of Lord Arcturus to join you in the Emerald Temple, and invoke the presence of the Lord of Sirius and the Sirian Archangelic League of Light. (pause) Now give thanks to all of them for acknowledging your request and for joining you.

Now Master Jesus asks you to imagine your inner child standing between your adult self and Himself. (pause) Look down into the eyes of this precious and sacred child. Make a note of how old this child is. Master Jesus asks you if there is anything particularly that you notice about this child by looking at him/her. Do you see happiness and joy or sadness and suffering in his/her eyes? Is the face calm and at peace or is it angry? The way he/she stands, is it with confidence… Take note of all these things. (pause)

Now Master Jesus asks you to look directly into His eyes and with the most overwhelming love you have ever experienced, He tells you that you are perfect, that you are a divine co-creator of love. He tells you how much your Guides and all those Beings who have joined you in the Emerald Temple love you. (pause) Master Jesus reminds you that all your pain and suffering has been for the purpose of learning, and reminds you that you chose certain lessons but they were never meant to govern or paralyse you for the entirety of your lifetime. Master Jesus now picks your inner child up in His arms and you see this child's energy completely transform as it bathes in this powerful love energy. (pause) The child is totally overlighted with peace. The child may break down in tears or become extremely excited. Simply just let it be. (pause)

Master Jesus asks you to take your focus again to His eyes, looking deeply into the eyes and feel the truth and power in His words as He again reminds you that you are a precious and sacred soul. (pause) He reminds you that you chose this particular incarnation for the purpose of leading others into the light, as you lead yourself into the light. He projects a powerful aura of compassion to you and embraces you completely in His compassion as He reminds you of His journeys that He walked in physical body. His struggles, His battles within and externally and assures you that you will find peace by embracing yourself and accepting yourself in this moment for who you are, exactly as you are with no expectations – simply be. (pause) Master Jesus asks you to open your heart completely to Him. Imagine it like a closed flower opening its bud, stretching its petals wide open to receive light and as this occurs He projects a brilliant emerald ray of light from His heart chakra directly to yours. This allows your heart chakra to open at the back of your body as well. The emerald ray extends right through the front and back of your chakra and fills all of your subtle bodies. (pause) This emerald ray now attracts your emerald sheath and this adds to your bodies of truth. It will take some minutes for your emerald sheath to completely align with your subtle bodies so continue to breathe deeply, drawing the emerald energy into your heart chakra and out through the back of your heart chakra filling all your subtle bodies. (pause)

Imagine this emerald energy filling your physical heart organ. It repairs any cellular damage and tissue damage. It brings your physical heart organ into perfect alignment with the assistance of Lord Arcturus. Now visualize this emerald light filling your left and your right lung. Let it fill them up completely clearing the air, healing all tissue and every cell of your lungs. (pause) Imagine this emerald light facilitating the process of you being able to bring in more air into your lungs therefore having more space in your life to breathe, to be and to experience the joy of living. (pause) Imagine this emerald ray beginning to dismantle all belief systems that have manifested in any kind of physical or energetic blockage or growth in your physical lungs or your etheric lungs that have come about as a result of inflamed, cancerous belief systems, belief systems that suffocate you, that limit you, that paralyse you, that make you feel heavy, dark, lifeless and incapable. Remember to breathe Beloved Ones, drawing breath into your lungs filling them up completely and every time you exhale release a dis-eased belief system, release a limiting thought process. (pause)

Now, on the next in-breath, draw the emerald ray directly up your throat into the back of your mouth straight to the centre of your brain and into your pineal gland, move it up to the pituitary gland and allow this emerald light to fill your brain and to fill your consciousness known as your mind. (pause) Imagine this emerald energy clearing your mind. Imagine it dissolving and dismantling all thought processes linked to debilitating belief systems that stifle your life, that contribute to any negative or limiting manifestations in your physical reality. (pause) Imagine the flow of emerald energy between your heart and lungs flowing clearly and unhindered all the way up to your brain and mind, so that there is a clear stream of emerald energy between your heart and your head…… the throat being the bridge, which receives additional energising and healing from this emerald ray. Breathe it in; make it one with you. (pause)

Master Jesus calls your attention back to his eyes. Your emerald sheath is now connected to and in perfect alignment with all your subtle bodies, including the seven major chakras of your earth body. As Master Jesus looks into your eyes the energy around you expands. It may even appear the Temple around you is getting larger. As he does this, he facilitates the process of your consciousness expanding even further to adopt your 5th dimensional heart level of consciousness. This expanded awareness further supports releasing your beliefs regarding belief systems. Remember to breathe. Your energy continues to expand, growing larger and larger. The greater it expands the higher your energy bodies vibrate, the level increasing with each breath, vibrations so high in your imagination, you could dematerialise your body. (pause)

Master Jesus reminds you that with your initiations you take on more responsibility and also reminds you that you are equipped to deal with whatever situation manifests in your reality regardless of its nature. In light of this he wishes now to take you through the process of grounding your initiation by committing to the path of the 5th dimensional Lightworker. Say out loud: "I, (your name) consciously choose and acknowledge the path of 5th dimensional consciousness. I understand that this path requires of me to address the matters of my heart and what matters most to me. I fully accept and acknowledge that through my personal healing process I will be required to support others." Take a deep breath in through your nose drawing the emerald ray into your body, and as you exhale, let this energy settle in your heart chakra as your body adjusts to another level of 5th dimensional energy. (pause)

Let us continue: "I, and state your name, accept my role as a 5th dimensional Lightworker and leader of light. I accept that to lead by example means fulfilling my needs and therefore my truth." Take another deep breath in and allow this to settle into your heart chakra, to integrate another level of 5th dimensional energy. (pause)

Master Jesus now places his left hand against your heart chakra, still holding your inner child. He pulls this part of you to the front of His body and holds it tight against His heart chakra. This process allows your inner child to feel safe, supported and nurtured in the process of self-discovery and in the process of releasing what no longer serves you. Sometimes one rejects the paths of self-discovery and self-healing because even though the suffering is difficult, it has become ones identity and one does not know anything different. To change, for many is unnerving. The inner child needs to feel secure in the process of release so that it can trust the integration process and that it brings with it a solid foundation; solid structure and a safe space in which to continue exploring and growing. Acknowledge this to your inner child now as Master Jesus holds it close to His heart. In other words, holding you close to His heart. (pause)

And as you reassure your inner child, He filters more and more energy into your heart and this faith also facilitates the process of dissolving and dismantling any belief systems that keep you trapped in any kind of limiting consciousness that may be preventing the complete healing of any wound in your heart; which lies in your lung space and which lies in your mind. As this energy filters into your mind it filters into your subconscious and into your unconscious. Push the energy as far back as you can, imagining where your subconscious and unconscious might lie. (pause)

Push this energy in as deep as you can, imagining how far your subconscious and unconscious can be within you. (pause) Push this energy up, high up into the dimensions where you imagine your subconscious and unconscious touch. (pause) Now all of the Guides, Masters, Angels and other Beings of Light whom you invoked into your presence, open their heart chakra to extend a ray of support and love to you as well as your inner child; manifesting a system of support for you. One that is permanently in place feeding you through your heart chakra, nurturing you and being there for you throughout every moment of everything that you experience in your conscious awake state, as well as in your sleep state. Visualize the support mechanism manifesting like a grid of energy and all the rays of light connected to these Beings never switched off, never becoming blocked always clear, always open, ever present. (pause)

Now, once again repeat after me: "I, (and state your name), embrace every aspect of my being and acknowledge that I choose to connect to the pathway and process of doing everything in my conscious power to honour and respect myself, to love and accept myself and never to place expectations upon myself that will remove me from my truth. I consciously accept my role as a 5th Dimensional Light Worker, to be with and alongside all the Higher Lords and Masters of Light, including the Great White Brotherhood, the Elohim, the Sirian Archangelic League of Light, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light and the Order of Melchizedek, and by serving with these Grand Beings, I acknowledge that I too will be served. I accept that it is my responsibility to serve, awaken and nurture humanity to the best of my conscious ability and to use unconditional love in all my endeavours." Take a deep breath in allowing yourself to integrate at another level of your 5th dimensional energy and as you breathe out, it grounds in all of your bodies. Some of you may begin to feel a tension in your head area or a tension over your chest, perhaps a tightness. Simply breathe into it, expand the energy knowing that it is safe to let go that you have room to breathe, that your head and your heart were always meant to serve as one. (pause)

Take another deep breath in Beloved Ones, grounding your 5th dimensional heart consciousness into your heart chakra, into your mind and all your subtle bodies. (pause)

Master Jesus now removes His hand from your heart chakra and hands you your inner child. As you take this child draw it to your own heart holding him/her close and as you do this, Master Jesus draws you into His arms and embraces you fully in the full power of His love. (pause) Surrender to this light and just be. (pause) Absorb this energy into every cell of your body and know that you are loved, you are accepted, you are acceptable, you are an expression of love, and you were created by an impulse of love that flowed through the Divine Creator. You can manifest miracles when creating in the presence of Love, with the intention of Love. Understand Beloved Ones, we do not speak of romantic love alone. We speak of all the areas of Love: compassion, forgiveness and acceptance, in other words non-judgment. There are many arms and avenues to the world of love. It is time for you to discover all of them and see how you can utilise these tools for your personal journey of self-discovery and how you can apply them in the world around you.

Beloved Ones, Master Jesus now steps back for you to stand up comfortably and straight in your own body. He acknowledges that you have experienced a very deep, and very powerful healing today. The Emerald Temple will hold you in an incubator of emerald light for the next 14 days. Master Jesus, Lord Arcturus and all your healing Angels will take you through all processes of healing that you require during that period: physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually, and this stretches out to every single human past-life incarnation you have had. In addition you have been drawn into the dimensions of Pure Love that Master Jesus operates from with Lady Mary, with Lady Nada and with Lord Soltec. These Beings of Light will also assist you for the next 28 months, a period during which you will receive higher learning and instruction from that realm of Love. These Beings, including Master Jesus will take turns to instruct you, to guide you and to serve alongside you - Master Jesus being ever-present. Remember the emerald incubator.

Place yourself within that grid of light whenever you require healing after the 14 days that you will currently experience. You as a group have full permission to take others, with their permission, into the Emerald Temple to receive healing more specifically their inner child. You have access to that dimension of Pure Love, which Lady Nada, Lady Mary, Lord Soltec and Lord Jesus work through for the purpose of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual healing for those who come to you in need. Your journey into a new dimension of love is one of the most liberating you will ever experience because it frees you from the limited experience of Light that you have perceived as a result of limiting belief systems. The veils of illusion will fall even faster and what you will see will bring joy to your heart because you will recognize your truth and what you believe to be your journey home and what you believe, will get you there.

We honour your humility Beloved Ones and humbly bless you with all you require to manifest your truth in every area of your life through every expression. It is time now to give thanks. Therefore, looking into the eyes of Master Jesus give thanks for your opportunity of receiving this deep healing, give thanks for His presence and taking you through this initiation into 5th dimensional consciousness. Give thanks to your inner child for its courage to stand completely exposed in the presence of Jesus and for welcoming healing. Give thanks to all those Beings of Light who have joined you and witnessed your initiation. Give thanks to the Being of the Emerald Temple for facilitating your process by holding you in its powerful vibration of healing light and healing love. Give thanks to your self for having made the conscious choice to experience this sacred initiation.

Now, before you leave, Master Jesus places a gold chain around your neck with a magnificent emerald crystal on the end that hangs directly over your heart chakra. This gem shines with brilliance. It will help you maintain the clarity of mind and heart that you require. He takes another emerald and places this into your third eye supporting your inner vision, your inner knowledge, so that your mind and heart can completely merge as one balanced expression of your life.

Beloved Ones before you leave the Emerald Temple, Master Jesus requires that you acknowledge that you understand that by changing your belief systems to the ones that fully support you, to the belief systems that uplift you, that hold positivity and power will result in you manifesting those qualities in your physical reality. That is a universal truth. What you believe is what you manifest. You have been given tools to manifest differently. When you are ready turn around and make your way out of the Emerald Temple. When you exit the Temple turn around and once more give thanks to this Being for holding you. As you make your way out of Shamballa, give thanks to the world of Shamballa for welcoming you and for supporting you in your healing. When you exit the gates stop and give thanks to the dragons for supporting you and for granting you permission to enter. The gates automatically close as you turn around and make your way into your sacred garden. As you walk through your garden ask for anything that you require that you need to support you through your process of healing, of awakening or understanding. (pause)

Now take a deep breath in through your nose, drawing your consciousness back into your physical body. On the next in-breath draw your energy all the way down your spine to your base down your base and out through your feet grounding you in your physical body, rooting you to the earth. Do this one more time – drawing your energy fully back into this timeline. Feel your body in the chair you are sitting in and when you are ready open your eyes.

And so it is Beloved Ones that we embrace you in the power and the light of all that you are and bless you with everything that you need to fulfil the journey you have chosen. Trust in those many invisible arms that hold you, that carry you and comfort you and know that not ever do you walk alone. We are with you always in all ways. One special friend wrote this to me, while I posted the post before.... amazing.

The way I assist folks in altering their 3d reality is entirely based in good feelings, joy and love.
In my experience trying to solve your "problems" by looking for them, examining them, and then "fixing" them is not only useless, but causes the problems to become larger and larger because one is focusing their powerful energy on them and thereby "feeding" them energy to grow.
My way involves changing your vibration by getting one to appreciate how incredibly wonderful life is. Then the problems and difficult people simply disappear from your life.

Here is how it works in a nutshell.
Appreciation is something one has to grow, like a plant. It needs constant watering and attention.
I find the best "seed" to start this plant growing is to do the following.
Watch where you put your attention at all times. Then simply start focusing your attention on things you EASILY appreciate. Wherever you are, look for something to appreciate. Anything.

Perhaps a beautiful color or an interesting person or even the texture of the rug. What ever you see as nice - focus on it - appreciate and be grateful for it - then find something else to appreciate and repeat
the process.

Like this. "I am really glad the weather is nice enough to ride my bike. I am so happy I found this great bike. That sunshine feels great on my skin. This exercise is so invigorating. That person is so nice to stop for me. Those magnolia trees smell incredible. I'm so lucky to live in .........................."
These things you "like" will automatically and effortlessly raise your vibration because you will start feeling better.
The longer you do this appreciation focus, the higher your vibration. Then the world and circumstances around you MUST change to match your new vibrations.

Here is why.
When you focus on your problems and difficulties you are creating a vibration of conflict and drama. So you attract more.

The Goddess is like the proverbial magic Genie in a bottle. She fulfills all your wishes. The problem is that the way She determines what it is you desire is by looking at what percentage of the time you occupy your mind with something. It believes that what you are thinking about the most is what you want more of.
It makes sense when you look at it logically. After all, there are a billion things we can choose to focus on - so obviously the thing we choose to focus on is our DESIRE.
When we focus on lack - we get more lack.
When we focus on drama and conflict - we get drama and conflict. In spades.
This is because God is so generous - She wants to give us more and more of what we desire :-)

In contrast.

Here is what happens when the Universe perceives that the majority of the time you are appreciating all the wonderful gifts she generously offers everyday.
She no longer starts throwing people and circumstances things at you in dramatic ways, as she sees that you are no longer INTERESTED in drama and conflict. You no longer focus on it - so you no longer desire it in Her eyes.
Instead She starts presenting her gifts and the people in your life in warm, friendly and loving ways. Because Her offerings will match your DESIRES, which are all the beautiful and loving things you thank Her for by appreciating them.

She will give these wonderful offerings, people and gifts in spades, just like she once did the drama and conflict. She will give you everything you could desire and it will all come effortlessly.
No psychotherapy necessary. No journeying necessary. No trances necessary. No soul retrieval necessary. No churches necessary. No laying on a bed of nails seeking the ultimate answer necessary.
The "problems" disappear simply because you are no longer energizing them. Any new "difficulties" that arrive are seen in their proper perspective, as at most minor irritations and hardly worth consideration at all.
Then something amazing will happen. You start having days where absolutely everything goes completely right. Like a perfect dream, no pain, no stress, nothing but Joy and Love.

Its like the world starts cooperating with your every need and desire. You feel surrounded by love.
Then you will experiment with this newly found ability. You will start planning out exactly what you want. And watch in delight as it appears in nearly the precise form you requested it!
I say "nearly" because there is always a bit of surprise - the Divine Mother loves fun and play.
This is our natural state. Co-creators of our Universe. Partners with God.
Did you know the word Holy is derived from Whole? That is your natural state and your destiny. Whole as in partners with Divine Mother God.

Once you reach this state - you are in what is known as a "state of grace" or "state of enlightenment" in some belief systems as you are truly connected with God.
But you are not connected because you prayed for a million hours. You are not connected because you stared at a Mandala or bowed before a crucifix or laid on a bed of nails or took enough drugs to cross the void. You are not even connected because of being "good"

You are connected SIMPLY because you now have learned how to communicate with God.

You will learn the greatest lesson possible by proving it yourself - not through another's (even my) second hand experience .

That lesson is the images and internal dialogs in your mind are the controlling factor in your 3d reality here. Those images and internal dialogs are literally creating the reality you are experiencing.
You will learn this empowering truth by tasting yourself the delicious fruits of the results of the continuous feedback loop of joy.
Your own experience will show you how unbelievably important and powerful those images and internal dialogs are. Then you will know how powerful your mind is.
Once you discover this, you will realize how much of your mind's power you were inadvertently using to shoot yourself in the foot. You will stop thinking thoughts that do not serve your best interests.

You will learn how to control what your mind sees, says and does in such a way as to be able to use your mind to consistently tell God what you really desire.
You will also know that as sure as the sun rises, Goddess will answer.
The information then flows both ways. Once you start understanding and controlling the images in your mind, you will better recognize the images that the Goddess is putting in your mind to communicate with you.
For most, there are so many uncontrolled images that the important ones get lost in the mess. They think God isn't talking to them and they seek out all sorts of interesting paths to get the link going.

Unfortunately most of these paths only lay more layers of belief systems and more images in their minds so the communication link gets even more lost.
Goddess is ALWAYS talking. You are, after all, her very favorite Daughter. She loves communicating with you. She desires this for you.
This state of existence I am referring to is your near future.
Once you have arrived there are no more questions. Your guides and the Goddesses messages are easily recognizable.
And all of the knowledge of the Universe is at your access.
All because you simply started making the decision to feel good. And to take that decision very seriously as you see for yourself how the world starts changing.
That is how simple my way is. Easy. Fun. The way I feel the Goddess intended.
Do you think She would have designed her precious communication link with the daughters and sons she loves beyond comprehension to be complicated?

I am so excited for you. You are literally at the threshold of a perfect dream that lasts forever.
You will soon graciously receive your rightful inheritance as the co-creator of the Universe.

REACHING CRITICAL MASS

In addition to the negative thoughtforms we are receiving from the media, there is another phenomenon that is causing Humanity to feel frustrated and powerless. When we awaken and begin to understand the power of our creative faculties, we attempt to control our behavior patterns. We put forth the effort to think positively, and we strive to focus our attention on what we want to manifest in our lives. Daily we envision the lives we aspire to, and we work to empower our visions of Heaven on Earth with positive thoughts and affirmations.
But often, after what seems like a valiant effort, we continue to experience many of our old problems. This causes us to become discouraged and to lose trust in our ability to change our lives. At this point, we feel like our efforts are futile, and we usually give up on trying to improve our situations. We let go of our visions and regress back into our old, negative thinking patterns. We dwell on our fears, problems and challenges instead of empowering our goals, hopes and dreams. As a result of that relapse, things get worse, and our situations appear even more hopeless. If we understand the Universal Law governing that particular phenomenon, it will give us the courage to persevere in the illusion of apparent failure.
Everything is comprised of energy, vibration and consciousness. When we explore a portion of the vast science of quantum physics, we learn that when something reaches critical mass, there is an unstoppable shift that takes place. For instance, when an electron is increasing in vibration, the moment it reaches critical mass, the entire electron is pulled up into the higher frequency, and nothing can stop it.
Critical mass is 51 percent. When 51 percent of an electron is vibrating at a higher frequency, the remaining 49 percent is instantly absorbed into the new vibration. So, how does this facet of quantum physics affect our ability to take charge of our own lives?
As we strive to improve our lives, the same laws of quantum physics apply. When empowering a vision or thoughtform, the moment 51 percent of our energy, vibration and consciousness is in alignment with our vision, it reaches critical mass, and nothing can stop it from manifesting. The problem is that we never know just when we are going to reach that magical moment of critical mass. There are often no outer-world signs, and it may even look as if we are very far away from that instant of transformation. This is when we usually feel our efforts are failing, and we give up. Sometimes we may be just a breath away from reaching critical mass, but we don’t realize that, so we get discouraged and stop working toward our goal. Then we end up never reaching our goal.
In very practical terms, critical mass means that when we are striving to create prosperity in our lives, the moment our thoughts, words, actions and feelings are vibrating with 51 percent prosperity consciousness instead of poverty consciousness, our life circumstances will shift, and we will begin to experience prosperity. The moment 51 percent of our energy is aligned with self-esteem and love, we will magnetize positive relationships into our lives. The moment 51 percent of our energy is aligned with peace, harmony and balance, we will manifest those Divine Qualities tangibly in our life experiences.
The key to our success is that we must keep on keeping on, even in the face of adversity. It is vital for us to understand that the Light of God is infinitely more powerful than any fragmented human miscreation we may have inadvertently created. Poverty has no power over the limitless Abundance of God. Our Divine Potential is infinitely more powerful than disease, failure, dysfunctional relationships, hatred, greed, corruption, war or any of the other humanly-created maladies appearing on the screen of life.
As long as we choose the Light and consecrate our energy to empower only the positive experiences we want to create in our lives and not the negative experiences we don’t want, we will manifest our visions and dreams faster than we can possibly imagine.
This information is being given to us by the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth during this critical moment on Earth to help us remember that if we don't like what is happening in our lives, we have the option to do something about it. This is true for each of us individually, and it is true for all of us collectively as a global family.
It is important that we put things back into perspective and accept responsibility for turning our lives around. When we deliberately focus on cocreating our highest Divine Potential, our efforts are empowered by the unfathomable Light of our God Selves, and our success is assured.
We don’t have to believe in the various Universal Laws in order to exist on Earth, but since we are ALL subject to them, it is just common sense for us to try and accept them. We don't have to believe that every single thought, word, action and feeling we have will go out and affect the world and then return to us to affect our personal lives, but this is happening scientifically, to the letter, in spite of any disbelief.
It doesn't matter whether we believe in reincarnation or whether we understand that we have an accumulation of experiences from other time frames and dimensions that are influencing our present lives; it is happening anyway. If we stop resisting this Truth and just accept it as a possibility, it will certainly be to our advantage. Even if we just say to ourselves, “Maybe it is true. Maybe I can turn things around in my life by accepting the Law of the Circle and working with that principle instead of fighting against it.” If we do this, we will experience a positive shift in our lives. When we are willing to take this first step and genuinely put forth the effort to correct our behavior, the floodgates of Heaven will open to assist us in accomplishing our goals.

From The Highest Light Teachings::::::::::::::::::~
There are three subjects which seem to monopolize much of our thoughts today and they are defense, money, and health. In the spirit of helping us to understand how we are sabotaging ourselves in these areas by holding onto our old ways of thinking, the next three steps across The Bridge will address these highly charged topics.
Let's start with our defense mindset. When you're thinking that someone else is going to attack you, you are actually helping to create that attack. A defensive position always invites an attack. It works like this: In your mind, you're picturing someone - perhaps it's an enemy footsoldier, a renegade terrorist, or a drugged-out street criminal - coming to get you. This is a thought, just like all other thoughts. With enough attention put on it, it will work its way toward the surface of your experience, just like the thought that you're going to go to Disneyland next month.
Fortunately, we can pick any thought we want. Thoughts that serve us and those that don't are equally available to us. If a person envisions attackers, then he will be attacked. If a person envisions Disneyland , then he'd better get his E tickets ready. The question is: What kind of world do we want to live in? If we keep envisioning the same old us vs. them separation scenarios as propagated by the media, then we'll never live in peace. But, if we shed our victim mentality and begin to picture our world in its highest light, then things will change. Thousands of years of man killing his fellowman will come to an end and be replaced by the expression of a deep and abiding respect for one another. All it takes is a little deeper thinking.
We must stop letting those with their own personal agendas tell us who our enemies are. We must investigate a little further to discover who the true perpetrators of violence on this planet are. And we must reject their manipulative suggestions and begin to discern in favor of that which is for the highest good of all.
For those who want to live in true freedom (not the kind of freedom offered by most present-day patriotic movements), peace needs to take the highest precedence. We must, in fact, demand peace because freedom requires a peaceful environment in which to grow and thrive. As of yet, not enough of us have been able to garner the inner strength needed to create a lasting peace. There are a few - and more are seeing the light every day - but it takes a larger number of people to stop supporting a social reality that doesn't serve them before a shift into true collective sovereignty will occur.
The time will come, in our very near future, when one more person envisions a peaceful world and, with that seemingly tiny action, the scales are tipped. The storm clouds disappear and a new world, the world that we deserve to live in as our right of birth, opens up before us.
It will be like a miracle ... but it's not really a miracle. It's only us having changed our thoughts.

Uncharted Territory
Feeling Lost
When we are lost, we typically look at a map to figure out where we are and how to get to our chosen destination. This works well, assuming that there is a map of the territory in which we find ourselves, and assuming that we know our destination. However, this is not always the case. At this time in human history, we are all venturing into uncharted territory, whether we know it or not. And as individuals, we may find ourselves covering ground that our predecessors never even knew existed. When we look to them for guidance, they often come up short. Not knowing exactly where we are, we find ourselves unsure of which way to go, and eventually the uneasy feeling that we are lost presents itself.

The beauty of being lost is the same thing that makes it scary—it asks us to look within ourselves to find the way. If we have no map, we must go on instinct, relying on our inner compass to show us which way to go. This can be scary because so much seems to be riding on it. We fear we might go too far in the wrong direction, or become paralyzed and make no progress at all. And yet, this is the very challenge we need to develop our ability to trust ourselves. We are also learning to trust that the universe will support and guide us. We may believe this intellectually, but it is only through experience that it becomes knowledge of the heart. Learning to be okay with being lost and trusting that we will be guided, we begin our journey.

We can support ourselves by confirming that we don’t need to know exactly where we are going in order to take our first steps. We are learning to feel our own way, rather than following an established path, and in doing so we learn to trust ourselves. It is this trust that connects us to the universe and reminds us that no matter how lost we feel, and even as we journey, on the inner level we are already home.
