Lots of love to all of you that touch my heart and vibrate essence of love and strength in my core. I´ve been traveling south america, experiencing deeply exotic medicene and music journies. Lots to share and reconnect with this SPring as we give birth to a new era and....equinox. I´m arriving to San Francisco on the 17th with my Beloved ´Tom Tom, and We´re looking for a ride up to the Isis Oasis in Geyserville, the morning of the 18th or anytime there after. If anyone is riding up to Mendicino, It´s jus a quick turn off the exit. We are helping out at the Equinox festival and would be happy to land on the land there for a few days and rest and help set up a few days prior to the event . There's been a big void of keeping up with blogs. But the Focus has been "RED TENT" and GODDESS TEMPLE" which is rapidly filling up every empty crevice of my life with service and abundance of expression, This business card is a representation that I may finally appear to be professional in the skills I offer and space I hold. I've been enriched and fulfilled out here on the "Ridge". The Yurt on our land is offered as the first official "Goddess Temple" Although the truth is that I share it with Grace, and it's becoming difficult to hold space for all the woman that need to come through and fall into deep processes' while we need our independent living space. Relieved that we can change the movement of the intention at any moment. we have kept to have a circle once a week while allowing menstruating woman to come and find sanctuary. I envision in the Future a BIG RED Tepee! This One that will be Very separate from my living conditions, and that will serve more full-time as a moon lodge. I'm on my Way To Colorado for the first time. In service of the RED TENT theme Camp. After living my Gypsy lifestyle for so many years, i find it difficult, for the first time ever, to want to leave my comfortable home community and yurt. I look forward to this Mission and Adventure. But at the same time I give thanks, that i milk goats everyday, and that i have a garden that is blooming Veggies, and that my yurt is an actual TEMPLE! The number one adventure i look forward to, isn't so much to arrive at a festival, but afterwards, when I am free to roam the mountains, and vision quest with the integrity to journey alone in nature. Annual Womans Campout Gathering, memorial day weekend !!

Lighting Our Path 2007: Lighting Our Path annual women’s gathering and camp-out will be held Memorial Day weekend, beginning at 4 pm on Friday May 25 and ending mid-afternoon on Monday May 28. Women are encouraged to come for the whole weekend but it’s okay to come for any part of the weekend. It will be held on private land near Camptonville. (Near Grassvally,/ Nevada city California) The purpose of the gathering is to enjoy, honor, and celebrate women, and create rites of passage ceremonies for girls and women of all ages, from daughters to maidens to elders. We also have workshops and discussions during the daytime, fabulous food, and lots of fun. Workshop offerings include herb and plant walks, belly dancing, ceremonial drumming, fabric arts, writing/drama/performance art, intuitive skills, and much more! Fees are on a sliding scale basis, ranging from $60 to $200 for the whole weekend, and per day rates from $25 to $50. No woman will be turned away for lack of funds. NYC.......New Moon......eclipse.....new births?>

The blesssed Holy Grounds of New york city. Truely, I never saw it before, but this is not only a dumpster for root of American culture. It;s also a holy ground for whence a spaceship ( disguised as Bush's embassadors) hit earth a few years ago, dispearsing the elogant nature of death to enlighten the fellow people blessing them with the wisdom of the true nature of death; many of these residents thus turned into holy angels! I've discovered blissful justification for taking a sharp turn in my journey and jumping on a plane last week coming to the big apple. My funds are dry, but I" am faithfully recieving teachings from my recent Tantra'yogic Lama's. We are studying chapter 2 of the "Hatha yoga pradipika" (a yoga bible.....truely) Topics inclued are Pranayama, Purification, and Emptiness......... I'm not one to follow teaches around prostrating to any Guru's but when i find authentic teachings, whether they come from my own mama or a holy lama, I will take it! Oweeeee........ahhh.........Ayahhhhhhh........gaiaaaaaaaaaahhhhh..........I am so full of great things that it is almost time to Empty this chalice and offer my blood into the River Gangi (or perhaps the closesr Hudson river) to be reneawed in the omnipotence of the dark dark moon. The New Moon is eclipsing the Sun and I believe pisces is the zodiac. This means that there must be some conjuction and equalibrium of light and dark and male and female when the sun and earth and moon come into such intensely accurate alignment! Spring cleaning is the message I am getting. It's time to clean out the winter and make room for those first seeds that want to sprout up out of the the ground.....emerge! Emergeance of something greater. There is something greater than just our limited concepts of "Self". I am starting with my inner body, Nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) is the practice I've been doing every day, of controling the side channels of the body using breath and mental visualization, and drawing the lunar and solar to the central channel, to join. This feels like what is happening in the sky tonight. I am looking forward of returning to California soon, I hope to start many projects on the Ridge.....one being my own garden finially, the other being my Goddess dance/music/ wisdom empowerment Temple . All of these idea's for choreographing and building a temple of some sort seem to be manifesting and encompassing my creative WiL to give birth soon. Those who see themselves as part please share with me what you imagine contributing to such a project. I'll be putting out a newsletter eventually......... Some of us try to meditate, but really just sit down and spend the whole time thinking. Some of us just blah out which seems to be kinda relaxing. And others basically try to sit, but with agitation and anxiousness to get up again. Single pointed focus. I've been trying to figure out how to comfortably sit for years, and then the second most important thing (first being, just creating the space to sit!) i suppose is deciding to stay focused with single pointed concentration. This is difficult, to allow the mind to drift and to continuously bring it back.....bringing it back to that focus (usually breath). So I have a secret, or a profound technique that is really activating. But this will only work for Yogini's or the more flexible practitioners whom have open hips. Try Sitting in Lotus, not have lotus, or half-ass lotus. But see if you can comfortably cross both of your feet over opposite thighs, perhaps after a few stretches. There's a central channel that opens in the spine, the pelvis will naturally incline forward allowing your spine to be held erect with ease. the feet pressing against the inner thighs activates different meridians that open the winds to flow within the body. I find that my third eye (pineal gland) is extremely activated and clear. Overall when I sit in Lotus, my level of body comfort increases along my level of concentration is extremely deepening. Those of you who are active mediators, I encourage y'all to try out this Asana, I'd love to hear feedback. I met Dona Maria last year, and came back to study with her this winter. She´s like the fairytale grandmother I always wanted! Besides working with the medicinal plants of the jungle and the fairies. She is a real character, she let me braid her hair, she giggles constantly, and always awlays embracive and affecionate. Im sure she´d let me hold her all night long if I needed to! Dona Maria is a midwife and has delivered most of the children in this Town. She so happens to know how to reposition the uterus in a womans body, whether it may be too high or too low, or she can reposition a baby in the Uterus with her hands, to make sure it will have a smooth birth. There arent many healers in the world that can do this without other surgical operation. She also performs another form of healing called ¨¨Empacha¨¨, you´ll never find this term in western medicene. Because it works with the disease from an emotional standpoint. Any disrupted, clogged or dirty energy that is held in the stomach or abdomen, she is able to allievate through her Curendera work. Some may call this Mayan Abdominal Massage, I believe it is few levels beyond that tradition. I´ve been trying everything my entire life to try to heal the energy that is congested in my womb and abdomen, and I feel blessed that not only have I met this woman, who knows how to work with disease and energy on a emotional level, but she Wants to share and teach it to me. My journey began a few days ago when I finially asked Maria to look at my stomach and diagnosis me. As soon as her hands touch my lower abdoment she responds, with chirps or sounds of ¨¨oh this is good¨¨ or ¨¨lo es malo¨¨ it is bad. We discovered together that i have infected apendtis, which may be apenditcitis, which has in return creating an infection in my ovarie below it. I was at the same time horrified and relieved. Disgusted that I may have to have my organ surgically removed, but at the same time relieved that it finially began to make sense what was going on down there. Those of you who know me, Know that I have the Eye of Horus tattoed in my lower right abdomen. This happens to be the place where the infections are going on! This is no coincidence that this ancient symbol of the All Seeing Eye is permeating a message to sheild over this. My 68 year old friend Katie was with me during this visit. Katie knows her self to be a priestess of Isis, and as an elder and overseer, she looked at me and immediatly said ¨¨Why did you put this tatto right here on this part of your body!?¨¨ I knew it was all connected, although there was allot I have only begun to understand. I began to tell Katie about my assiociation with Egyptian symbology, I told her what I remembered about my past lives in Egypt. And I revealed what i still didn´t know and understand. I have done allot of work in clearing out my past and trauma and pain and suffering. I feel pretty clean about this life i am living right now. It´s now apparent that what is manifesting in my body doesn´t come from this life, and its time to clear out my past lifes, many which i have yet to remember fully. To me this is real and makes sense in reflection to my reality and how i choose to live my life consciously. On this path of healing and returning to the light. That night Katie took me under the full moon and created the space for me to go into trance with her. I got to journey back and begin to pick up the peices of my blueprint that I have so long forgotton. more later...............

Tikal........This Ancient City representing the crown Chakra. I Definatly have that feeling of a CroWn Chrakra headache. My dreams had told me to wake up and do more sun salutations. And so, everyday I have been trying to fit that core element into my intention. My body is truely a temple, and that all this ancient temples have taught me. They were all built as astrological observatories as well as sacraficial palaces, and as well as a place for worship and Ascension. Well, Ixeeya and I dreamt togther the other night, so that we may confirm the connection of sacred ceremonial dance that we had planned for the ceremony yesterday. We woke up and chanted mantras and songs to the sun in early morning before departing for Tikal. I am resting and integrating the powerful and intense week we have all had for the past 10 days of Activation Maya. I am not ready to share with the world what actually happend on those temples yesterday. All i can share with my family is that, the Ascension really is happening, and if your feeling it thorugh your own spirtual journies so be it all the elements that need to join forces and work together! The cycles of the sun the moon, the planetary vesicas, the alignments of polar shifts, the center of the milky and eclpitic coming in alignment with the solstice sun. The energy that is with in US, the darkness the Void, is the same as the black hole in the center of the milky way. And the Light is Returning! We are the ones we have been waiting for...... My journey now, is to rest with permission. I deserve allot space for my self again. The jungle is calling me into a vision quest. This is my next misision approaching. Shall i be connected with you All FAmily through all that i DO out here, in here, above and below. I feel a deep relief in my work and contentment in the imperfections of what obstacles we are all still working on.

So here I am again......... In the Jungle Amongst the Many trying to remember their indigenous Souls. All Feelingss, visions, dreams, synchronicities connected to the World of the MAyA CosmoVision. The Tata´s have left the cermonies this year. The only indigenous Mayan Shamans that existed among this group were asked to leave by AUM RAK. (the high Priestess). So I am asking myself what does it truely mean to be here particapating in Mayan cermony , with out the only indignous people who were here! Aum Rak had to make a decision as a female warrior, to protect and honor US. But i thought this Vision was about joining all the races and all the Shamans and All the colors and differences. We still have 6 years to figure out this. She is now empowering us in Cermony to take power. To take on our desired Roles, and particpate as ¨¨Remembered Priests and Priestess´¨. I see clearly the space she holding for power to activate and awaken. And Although i love Tata Perdo Cruz with all my heart. I accept that he had to leave this year. Never in my life have i met a Man so devoted to his community and ceremonial Life. A Man So devoted to holding his Mayan tradition and selfless service with such an open undconditional heart. He´s So Cute dressed in his red and vibrant traditional clothing , speaking only mayan dialact and spanish. And So, I know why i am Here. It is for the choreography of our sacred dance class. To dance the sacred symbols on top of the Temple of the Skulls again for th Winter Solstice. Activating our bodies as temples, as vessels for the consciousness of the Earth. Healing, We are all doing this for eachother, and for our families, biological along with those we haven´t met yet. The dormant Dna and Recpticals of our brain power we have not used yet. Oh grace.......falls into.........faith...........I begin with breathing into the nothingness....
