What can I say? I spent many years believing that I had to live a certain way, very restrained and proper. I was miserable, even if I didn't realize it at the time. It was a very tough mold to break free from. But in the last couple of years, I have tried my best to grab life in a huge bear hug. I got tattoos and piercings, I wear what I like, and I speak my mind. I've realized that life is too short to be timid, and there are too many serious events in life to not fully embrace the things that amuse us.
I'm also a witch; mostly I'm the kitchen variety, but I can do amazing things with weather. I don't follow any particular path, I just go where and when I feel moved. As an ordained minister of the ULC, I love performing weddings, handfastings, and commitment ceremonies, especially the nontraditional varieties for alternative lifestyles. I am married to the greatest man I know, my soul mate, my other half. We have two children together, a boy and a girl, and custody of one son from his previous marriage. It is a house full of love and noise! I am crazy about tattoos (I have about 15, and counting) and piercings (currently 12). I also make jewelry. Recently I've become obsessive about making lip balms and salves. (Not to sound immodest, but my Body Art Balm is amazing!) I'm also working on a line of edible adult body products. Currently, I'm working on developing and writing several cookbooks, both Pagan and secular, as well as a couple of books on tattoos. Should be an interesting way to go!

Is it better to act like newlyweds all the time, or to give off the intangible sense of comfort and security that only time can bring to a marriage? Is there ever a good reason to feel shy or insecure? Does regret serve any purpose whatsoever? Is it too late to party like it's 1999? 
I received this in an email from my aunt. Not sure how accurate it is, but it's still pretty darn interesting. . .

One can never say enough positive things about Aillegan. She spreads happiness, cheer and her beautiful work - all over. Out of the goodness in her heart. I received the most beautiful surprise in the mail for Christmas - guess who made it.

In my book, there are cutie-pies and there are sweetie-pies. There aren't many women who are both. Then there's Ailleagan. Not only is Aillie both a cutie-pie and a sweetie-pie, she is also a HOTTIE-pie. I just want to know when this kitchen witch is coming out to bake me some apple pie.

Aillegan is and always has been a true beacon of light in my path. When I left tribe for awhile because of having some problems in my life, she still continued to send me messages now and then- and saying hi or she missed me.
