about me
I'm a Umatilla/WallaWalla tribal member on my dad's side and from the Longhair Clan of the Cherokee tribe on my mother's side. I've been in recovery for 19 years and looking forward to many more. I live in Vancouver, WA with my two cats, Korkey and Six Toes (named that because he has six toes and it sounded like a good Indian name).

I'm currently attending Clark College for Network Administrator, although I just graduated in June for MCSS (see my graduation photo) and am now an Alumi.

I love road trips, playing on the beach or any kind of water, watching all kinds of movies, making new friends online, and I'm a suduko addict.

before Christmas."

T'was the nig... read more

Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile.

"Abuse and repression have no place in a traditional family."
--Haida Gwaii, Traditional Circle of Elders
Traditional families guided by their culture were taught how to live. The were taught about relationships, respect and spirituality. Only since alcohol was introduced to Indians have we seen physical abuse, sexual abuse and verbal abuse. These behaviors have no room in traditional families.
