Thought for the day

I thought I'd write something today. I went and got my flu shot three weeks ago and havent felt good since then. Hope everyone had a good holiday. Take care and be safe

....got one this year also; I'm a caregiver and owe it to my clients. Felt like I'd gotten walloped with a 2X4 for a couple days afterwards!

I had no adverse reaction to my flu shot. You might consider that is not the flu shot making you feel yucky. It could be something else. If you have an advice nurse to contact, you might think about it, or go see your doctor. You could also Google "adverse reactions to flu shots".

I hope you feel better soon! Don't let your not good feeling go on too long!
