Grace

February 26, 2008
she moves me (like watsu in the metaverse!) as she grooves this world into simple soothing songs.
she sings lullabys to the revolutionaries and makes home for spirits who seek honor.
she brings a bit of rain to the sunshine and a whole lotta sun to the grey days.
i pay attention and learn as she moves in this world wielding fierce love and soft schooling.
she is one to witness move and shake it out at the end of a day she takes dance floors by storm and morning practice with giggles and squiggles.
i trust her entirely with my heart and the things that are most important to me.
forever and a day at yur sevice mi love.
xoxoxoxoxo deep and light.

Alexis nectar! hub of love reflection divine
Giddy giggly sonorous sunshine
magnetic, electric, joyful and deeply prophetic
Her song is one of radiance, a goddess-loving cadence
From the core, she keeps us wanting more
As words can’t possibly describe the beauty of hers we imbibe

the nexus
of solar : plexus : sunshine
she calls the divine
finds beauty in all kinds
kindles kindred
spirits

she is fearless,
fluttering
lashes that kiss
scintillating auras
with brilliant mist

her

luminescent essence just won’t quit
contagious giggles in constant fit
girl,
my cells bounce inside myself
when your around,
your presence

keeps my fires lit!

i sit here typing but i can't find words to describe the love and amazement i hold for this brillient, beautiful, tallented, compassionate, genius of a woman. Maybe she could find words and heap them like stones in the desert making crevasaes for finned lizards and holding water near the soil so it can't evaporate and be stollen away by the sun. In this way she brings life- through the word-mulch of her chosen utterances and paper and ink scratches she makes the seeds burried in the cryptogammic crust of the desert bloom.

Offerings

revival of the child self, the stillness within our greatest wealth     the light reflected in the eyes
of others   a thousand shining opals we receive for giving just one piece of
ourselves to the sea      releasing we start seeing how limitless this present
moment is   we trade love for lessons   years   petals unfurling
time experienced as soft creamy sweet smelling things  now browning
at the edges, drifting away to reveal the true source within. . .

touched my seed collection tonight, held the dirty, crumpled packets in my
hands- some unopened, bearing promises of "snowflake white"  or "velvety" or
"winter elegeance sweet peas," through my hands passed infinite genetic
information for Kinship parsnips and blue camas, for amaranth and and wild
luffa and Skullcap

something forgotten and buried stirs inside of me

I am reminded of hot sunny summer days spent collecting seed in the garden,
capturing each tiny little world in our hands, like children gathering rain,
or dandelion spores. . .

I am reminded of a future unkown, I find old photographs in the bag with the
seeds, photographs of distant sunsets, of desolate open roads, of places past
and work offered up and histories nearly forgotten. . .

I am overwhelmed with the vast beauty of this life-   it's sadness, it's
exquisite perfectness, it's immediacy

I close my eyes
                      gratitude and wonder

I want to cry and fly all at the same time, but instead all I do is stay still
and listen

Thank you for your inspiration and guidance.  I don't know where I would be
without it.
