Tue, October 17, 2006 - 9:18 PMFrom a culinary perspective, there is not much to write about, except for the delightful citrus fruit "calamansi", which tastes a bit between a lemon, orange and mandarin, and is used as a lemon/lime substitute, and "balut", a boiled fertilized duck egg, which has a stronger egg flavor and some bits in it.
