The Britons are coming, the Britons are coming! (To SF!)
Tue, April 8, 2008 - 1:20 AMthey plan to be in SF 21-24 April, not sure on the exact times yet, but I was thinking we should make something happen for the 22nd or 23rd. (Tuesday or Wednesday, two weeks from now)
Maybe Zeitgeist, maybe someone's house or ??? (crissy field, GGpark, Park Chalet, ?)
We could keep a tighter budget at someone's place, but there are pluses to being served, too. :P
Any Beaconers or other Burners want to volunteer to host a BBQ or something?

I don't know Rod and Nod but love the names.
We have been loving Zeitgeist if you can get there before the sun goes down and pretty reasonable when everybody chips in. And people can do food on their own...split a burger, whatever. Once the sun is down it gets quite chilly. I know you know all of this. And it is a cool little piece of San Francsico.
Maybe they would like a tour of BMHQ first. Or y'all could come over and see either the Burners without Borders movie (Burn on the Bayou) or the Current TV gorgeous videos of BM 2007 and drinks and cheese and crackers..... |
