She throws the best parties and makes rad costumes. She loves ABBA and will sing ABBA songs in a wig! Even though she's a mom, she's capable of spending weekends raging from club to party, without sleeping at all! Oh, and she knows about good literature. She once casually recommended I read Dostoyevsky's, "The Brothers Karamazov". Jeez. Does this broad have class, or what? Does this sound like someone you want to party with? You better believe it, Bubba! Who else can go from ABBA to Dostoyevsky in 10 seconds or less? I highly recomend Allie for the following activities: sharing wine with in a car at 4am in front of a San Francisco club, tearing down Republicans and all they stand for is more fun when done with Allie, getting recomendations on good Russian literature, getting good vegetarian chili receipes. If only there were space to write more. Sigh.

It is so bizarre to try and really wrap my head around it. Late Sunday night my 32 year old cousin Jonathan died in a diabetic coma. He'd been diagonsed with diabeties about a year ago. I'm not sure of all the details surrounding his death but I'm in shock!
