ATs, the beginning (for me at least)

When I began first learning ATS, I wrote down steps and these little combos and kept this poster that is a little over 2 feet tall by a practice mirror at home. That way when my brain froze up I could peek at my cheat poster and get back on track. It feels like such a long time since I first began doing ATS and yet that was only 4+ years ago.

Sadly this little gem will likely go in the trash due to trying to streamline for our move!

Don't throw it away. Give it to another beginner in your current area so that your good work can go on to help another dancer. If you can't pick someone to give it to perhaps give it to your instructor and maybe she can use it in class as a demo for the whole class on things they can do to help them practice.

I don't teach Tribal, but you've inspired me to make something similar to show my students in hopes that it will aid them in their home practicing.

@Sooz - Yeah! ATS raqs!! Though lately I have been experimenting with some of my old caberet style stuff for snake dancing, the group and improv dynamic is really where my heart is !

@Anala - maybe I'll see if the girl who took over teaching my classes wants it :)
