I am self-employed and work at home as an Author-Publisher. Previous jobs included civil engineering-drafting and teaching English as a second language. I am known to be creative, an outdoors-science-nature-spirit-enthusiast. My most recent project is a children's book "Tails from the Truthfairy". Volume 2. As an author I am known for my metaphysical/esoteric writing, humor, political articles, religious-history/archeology, songwriting, poetry-children's stories, an English/Spanish textbook, and sociology.
My sense of humor can be sharp and very sarcastic, I try to keep that to my writing though. I like to keep balance in the dualist complexities of the GemInEye traits.
I think people would describe me as more Sirius than Orion ... that's not "Lion" !
... More academic than athletic, more pro-active than apathetic, and a mix of lazy and energetic.
I hike about 5 Km almost everyday on a trail up a mountain to a view of the Gulf Islands.
I sometimes perform live: music/spoken word, I know I am not "dull" by any means, but I do try.
I am half British and half Irish, and born with very red hair ... grew up in Rural/Suburban Ontario and now I am here on the Smilin Island. I have never married, I am intelligent or foolish [depending on my mood], largely self-educated,
a little "over"travelled/experienced, and quite sincere.
Those are my "flaws".


I like simple life, simple things,
easy going free flowing,
am incoming, outgoing,
quiet times, party times,
quantum physics and nursery-rhymes,
I enjoy beauty and life I love,
the earth below and sky above.
My friends appreciate that "Life is an honor, a blessing, and a privilage".


I enjoy the outdoors Hiking, Gardening, Traveling 2 SonShining-Climates, Peaceful People/Places, and Organic Food.
Other interests include: pyramids, archeology, astronomy, friends, and family. I like the "indoors" as well … ahhhh ... relaxation ... I've already had lots of travel/adventures through 17 countries so the couch is good too.

Blueberries, Ice Cream, and Watermelon.

Girls;
BE-YOU-T-Full, loving, intelligent, honest, traditional values with a flare for the "creative" side of life, who reconciles/balances both fundamental and metaphysical aspects of life, comes from a very "solid background", living example of mutual respect.
