I fuck'n love her! Now get out of our way before we kick your ass!

The goddess incarnate. I am scared.

Amani is fantastic! Even tho I love trance, she is still wonderful to me and a great neighbor!
Plus, she's sexy as all get out!

Even though Amani likes to ram into people and knock them down from time to time, I still think she is one cool kitten. Style,

Amani is a generous, enthusiastic, adventurous sexy mama, and she deserves our love and worship. I will NEVER forget how she saved our asses by coming to our rescue in the dark, dusty days after Burning Man 2002; feeding us, trainwrecking us, showering us, and lifting our spirits with her verve, elan, charm and superfine ass. She was our saviour that year, and it's been my great regret that she and I have subsequently been like ships passing in the night, both on and off the playa. A goddess? Amani kicks other goddesses' prim little asses all across Mount Olympus, Valhalla, or whatever ethereal shopping mall they hang out at these days. She's way beyond goddess. She's... she's like ice cream. Or cake. Or cake with ice cream.
Get to know this woman. Now.

about me
I find myself to be pretty entertaining. I won't dumb myself down for anyone, and I'm the 'bizarro Alpha'. I want to share the spotlight with anyone who's willing to step into it themselves, take my hand and run off into the sunset/fire/sunrise with me.
My posts only go back to 2006 and I've been here for way longer than that- 2003? Should have checked my profile before I wrote this.
Anyhoo- where are the rest of my posts? Gone with the wind?
sigh. I miss you already, tribe.net.

Really. Things are going really well right now. Today brought me one step closer to the Bay- I moved out of the situation that's been bringing me down! And... in to my mom's house?! Yep, she's got essentially a mother-in-law apartment in her basement that's been sitting fallow for two years since her last tenant moved out. So I moved in! I plan to bounce right out of here to Oakland within a month, but it's my landing pad for now.
I ...

holy crapamole that was fun.
I mean, it sucked, don't go. Get off my lawn!
shooting roman candles out the back of a moving pickup truck at friend who was desert-skiing behind a car on a kite surfing board. That's just one highlight, people.
My throat hurts, my car is filthy and I can't wipe this silly grin off my face. I'm pretty sure I met my next love this weekend. Time will tell...

I'm going. Finally. I started toying with the idea earlier today, I have Hank to thank for the urging. A vague idea and some pipe dreaming turned in to me and the Pope headed to the playa together again! We haven't road tripped to the desert since 2002, but it was awesome then, and I imagine it will be again tomorrow!
I AM SO EXCITED . I've heard some amazing plans for the weekend, and can't wait!
I'm a little nervous for some sadness that may lurk peripherally, since it's the 2nd annivers...

I spent the evening tonight at the Sacramento Bike Kitchen. It's a funky non-profit joint, for the neighborhood, by the neighborhood, and oh yeah, there's an awesome gallery attached, too. And artist studio spaces, and a big open yard filled with art and people from age six to about sixty, I'm guesstimating. Everyone is working together, the whole point is to learn how to make your bike be the best thing it can be. This has got to be in the top five ways to spend a summer evening.
The Kit...
