however, Humming songs will work almost as good and is more fun.

I can almost get all the way through shashkin at low volume.

Last week I went in for a stress test

Which I failed so an immediate trip to the cardiac cathorization lab for me.

I failed that test too

So an immediate bypass surgery. With a 99% blockage that's what the do.

I'm home. Tired and with good meds.
