I went to a club Friday night, then to a diner, then drove down to sandy hook and thought to sleep on he beach. Unfortunately a guy was there and he was trying to make conversation. He was nice but he didn't seem to get the hint that i wanted to go to bed. Then i got sunburnt and my friend came. We stayed down at the beach until 2 and then came back to my place and saw the batman movie. After that he left and my mom wanted to go to dinner. After dinner I was going to power nap becaue falling asleep driving = Not cool. I set my alarm and everything. Sometimes around 2 am I woke up and was liek WHAT"S THAT BUZZING!!@? It was alarm, which had been going off for about 5 hours by that point so i turned it off and went back to bed. I missed 3 good parties and my ex gf who was in the area. Go me.

I am in the process of ordering a 7wick iron gypsy fire hoop. I like my hoops heavy so I thought iron gypsy would be a good company to go with. My corperate job is coming to an end (I'm a consultant so i knew it would end sooner or later.) I told them i wouldn't be around for pennsic dates, which I think made them push the hiring schedule up sooner so they would have someone new by the time I took off 2 weeks. Hopefully my consulting firm will find me a new placement as soon as i get back. I've got my tent for pennsic and it's happy. I should paint some of it. I've got my first actual GTA sessions monday. (gynecological teaching assistant) I've been thinking about binding my chest and wearing men's long shorts. I want a significant other, or at least someone who cares about me and I feel comfortable with.

I love tribe and the people on it. I got crash space for the weekend with some awesome people (props to blue hair sara and tiger sara, for being hosts and to rychard the confused for offering). I love you guys, and it was really great getting to go to te drum and dance on friday night. I got to see a bunch of faces I haven't seen in a while who i miss. <3 <3 <3 <3

I'm asking a favor. i need a floor to crash on this weekend. I'm attending a conference at Hampshire college in Amhearst Mass and I wasn't sure if i could make it until about 6 hours ago! So I'm rushing to find someplace other then my car to sleep. If anyone has any leads or a floor in the amhearst area I can use I'd be forever greatful, and i'll take ya out to dinner or something! They performed at the IZOD center near me. Roger Daltry of the who was a special guest. I got to work on the show and I put up the video drops (the big red chunks you see on the right and left, as well as the long red one across the top) I also got one of those smile/chuckle/wave things, form the man who i believe was mr daltry (older, light, short haired, white shirt black vest... ) when I let him pass first instead of going first with a lighting truss. I love being a stagehand. p.s. the lihting system was fucking rad.

My table at pennsic is simple wood coated in stain, and built by my camp mates. My table is also a place of magic. My table is where Michael Kelly comes to enchant, and delight us with song. My table is where other musicians come and join in the impromptu music sessions. My table is where many a meal has been served, from a slaughtered dough hedgehog, to many a loaf of bread, to dragon's tails, to a multiple course feast, and to spun chicken. My table is where two amazing beautiful people sat while they had their first meal as a married couple. My table is where I sat when I woke, when I came home, when I laughed, when I got wet. My table is constantly coated in wax form all the candles that lit the night while we caroused and became inebriated. My table is where I often found happiness and drunks even after closing out a late night party. My table is covered in stuff, toy hedgehogs form kate the wicked, pelts, candelabras, crumbs, plates, cups mugs and alchol. My table is where many a game was played. My table is where we had impromptu in camp drum jams. My table is where many people had breakdowns, and then got over it. My table is where some of the best conversations happen. My table, is not a simple table, really. It's where I want to be.

After pdf i've decided i REALLY want to do wildfire. so i'm probably going to arrive sometime friday morning, then leave saturday evening, I'll probably just sleep in my car because it's easier for me to get in and play then peace out quickly. I'll be working 16 hour days on thursday and sunday before and after wildfire. oy.

Party. At my place. It's going to be a BBQ. We have an above ground fire pit and some wood. We have a decent size of land for central jersey (we're not a park but a party of 30 to 40 can be hosted easially in my backyeard. This is an outdoor event, dress appropriatelly. if it gets wet, well i'll set up a tent and we'll party wet. Get over it! i've never thrown a good party much less made such a large open invite like this before, so make me happy, and show up. awesome.
