Some day, when we're old and grey, Amy and I are going to start up a commune..

Amy is an amazing lady.
She's kind of like Jesus in that song "Jesus was way cool," because she can do just about anything - move across the country, set up house, skin a wild animal and serve it up on a lace napkin with a four-course dinner from her own garden, then hose you down in a claw-foot outdoor bathtub while daintily dropping a mint leaf in your gin and tonic and lulling you to sleep with a bedtime story. She comes off like a kitten sleeping on the reassuring hum of a washing machine, or a featherbed in a quiet farmhouse during a rainstorm, but she's more like the guts and balls of, say, a Quayle from The Shipping News. Cowboys of the world: mark your dance cards, grease back your hair, shine up your shoes, come with a bouquet of roses, and be ready to take this lady out to the opry. G-dd-amn y'all are slow not to have figured out how hot this woman is already by now. June 2, 2007
Amy is groovy!

Amy is a joy in my life. She is bright, funny and the hardest working woman that I know.
If I had her talents, I would feel like the Queen of England....duh....well, I would feel great. We all could take lessons from Amy as to how to get along in this life. I hope that she is always my friend as I can't imagine not having her to talk to. She rocks. June 21, 2005
Amy is a master sewer and also she sews too. She's the best with a thread! But really she's a great mom and although she has a NICE couch she needs a new couch cover. She's always doing the best she can...which is ten times more than the next person.

about me
I like people who tell stories. I like raking leaves and digging in the dirt. I have a lot of pets and I like them very much. I like lots of company at my house, so come on over, I'm baking cookies.
