The veils between the worlds thin in the month of October. Nature sheds its old layers and prepares to go within for the
cold winter months ahead. As this shift in nature occurs our subconscious mind also sheds its worn out thoughts, and we become empty for this time.
Through death comes life. Right now you are walking the path between the worlds. Stay empty, and leave your old self behind.
Visualize your spine as a pillar of light. Keep your spine straight so that the new energies evolving within and without will be able to heal you.
Like a snake your old body will shed off and a new one will create from within. Experiment with these four sacred keys 1.every day drink large
amounts of water througout the day 2. listen to nature sounds 3. drink tea from a plant you pick leaves from. 4. Focus on the pillar of light inside you.
You will become more connected to the other realms and the gateway through the veils will become more clear as your awareness

The Program is 25 teen girls (13-18 yrs old) in the Seattle community for one academic year of after-school classes, 1 1/2 hours each, three times per week. They are taught the elements of American Tribal Style dance, a rich, diverse, artistic, cultural dance form that spans the regions of India, the Middle East, North Africa and Spain and its expression through the varied and complex music of these same cultures. The girls also participate in talking circles and journal writing during which they discuss issues affecting them. Each girl identifies a personal goal that she would like to achieve during the course of the program. Guest speakers cover a wide range of topics from nutrition and body awareness to financial education, etc. Many successful women of various fields that are of particular interest to the girls, address the girls each week. There are four Student Salons (student performances) each session. Entrance into the program does not depend on demonstrated talent, standard beauty, or ability to pay the fees the program would require.
